Spacious Appartment in Funchal

Pros: Beautiful comfortable apparent 5mis walk to the Marina you walk by Ronaldo's house 10mins walk to CR7 Mueseum 15 mins walk to town centre Shop across the road Perfect location to see New Years Fireworks Lovely balcony off the sitting room

Cons: The bathroom could be a bit unpleasant in the morning and judging by the amount of Airfreshners available it must be an ongoing issue There must be a Car Park near as the smell of fumes in the hall in the morning was very strong

We loved the luxury and spacious apartment in the city center of Funchal with private parking place

Pros: We loved the luxury apartment !! It is far more spacious than shown on the pictures and also very clean. We were (2) friends and therefore had a big master bedroom and a shower (with 2 shower heads and toilet) each to our disposal. There is a small hall and a door, before the bedroom and shower, that can be closed so that we had our own private rooms . The kitchen and living room are well equiped. The apartment also has a washing machine, airconditioning, hairdryer, 4 television sets etc. But the most wonderful things were the two spacious balconies at both sides of the apartement and the private parking space at level -2 (which is quite an asset in busy Funchal). The only regret for choosing this apartment is that we only stayed for 3 nights and were not able to extend our stay due to our travel schedule and other obligations. If we would ever visit Funchal again, we will certainly try to book this apartment!

Cons: The check-in instructions can be improved. The pictures of the location of the key lock were not clear so we had to phone the host for clarification. The entrance of the apartment (green door with glass) is located next to the barbershop. We recommend to put this in the check-in instructions. It was not possible to park the car close to the apartment upon arrival (one way street only) and we had no clue how /where to enter the parking garage with the private parking place. We therefore parked the car in a parking garage near the harbor, walked to the apartment, entered the apartment with the keys from the key lock, got the remote for the parking garage, went to level -2 of the parking garage and discovered the entrance. We would recommend to put in the check-in instructions that the parking garage can be reached with Google Maps if you navigate to the Madeira Bright Star Hotel (which is in the same street). The parking garage is then a few meters to your right before the entrance of this hotel.

Pros: Великолепный Апартамент в Фуншале! Все замечательно. Мы заказали встречу, нас встретила в аэропорту Анита, привезла в Апартамент и передала ключи. В дальнейшем мы легко с ней общались по Вотсапу. Центр Фуншала рядом. Есть бесплатная парковка. Две спальни, в каждой свой туалет и душ. Огромная гостиная. Кухня со всем необходимым. Мы получили огромное удовольствие от проживания в этом месте.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z przyjemnością wracaliśmy do mieszkania odpocząć po eskapadach Maderskich.

Pros: Lokalizacja znakomita-balkon z jednej strony duży taras z drugiej duży plus.Dwie łazienki, bardzo duża dobrze wyposażona kuchnia - ogromna sypialnia a druga z dwoma łóżkami również przestronna z klimatyzacją,ogromny ładny salon to kolejny atut nieruchomości.Jeżeli będziecie swoim samochodem polecam zaparkować przy hotelowym małym parkingu na chwilę vis a wis dużej zielonej bramy garażowej(ulica jest jednokierunkowa) bo trzeba iść do skrytki na końcu ulicy pod górę przy lampie potem do mieszkania po klucze i pilota do bramy garażu i zjechać dwa poziomy-jest mała winda-duży plus-nie trzeba nosić walizek a potem zakupów(windą 2 piętro).

Pros: O apto era excelente. Boa localização e muito confortável.

Cons: A comunicação com o proprietário, inicialmente, foi difícil. A plataforma Booking nos informou o telefone errado. Inicialmente, foi angustiante.

Pros: L'emplacement, la taille de l'appartement, la climatisation et le parking sous-terrain

Pros: Bel emplacement de choix Proximité des bons restaurants et des epiceries Proximité du port Logement vaste et tres bien entretenu Garage souterrain un plus très apprecié

Excelente opção para uma família.

Pros: Bastante espaçoso, muito bem mobilado. O facto de ter garagem facilitou muito. Limpeza impecável. Recomendo a toda a gente e se um dia voltar à Madeira, pretendo ficar no mesmo sítio.
