Pros: The view is very nice and the apartment is very quiet location. We can park our car easily in the -2floor and can reach the apartment easy.

Cons: When we used in the same time the shower in the bathrooms the water is got just half strong. The house key isn't works properly in the door. Sometimes need to be play. Maybe a fob is more comfortable.

Cons: We went in the middle of the summer, and Funchal was hotter than usual. If we kept the doors\\windows open during the night for the cold breeze to cool the room, but the car and motorcycles would not let us sleep; if we closed the doors\\windows, we were unable to sleep from the heat. There were a couple of fans in the apartment; they made a lot of noise, and we couldn't keep them on during the night. So an AC unit would be a great addition to the apartment. The apartment is not new, and it's noticeable in some parts of the apartment; the kitchen could use some TLC.

Pros: This is an excellent apartment with a great view from the balconies, a pool one floor up, and everything you might need. I especially want to highlight the staff's readiness to help at any moment. We had an unexpected situation, and they resolved it late on a Sunday night, almost at midnight. You can truly rely on these guys.

Beautiful, safe apartment - but check if the pool is in use

Pros: This is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable and welcoming. It was extremely safe, and had free parking below the building. There are two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, large dining table, sofa and recliners. Kitchen appliances were in good condition, and there were plenty of cutlery/crockery/cup/glasses. The balcony is wonderful, very sunny and a great view. One bedroom has an en suite and private balcony area.

Cons: One of the main reasons for choosing this particular property rather than one in Funchal centre was the pool, and it was out of service for the duration of our trip. We were not told this in advance, and the host only mentioned when we arrivved that sometimes it is closed for maintenance. When we went up to check it out, the sign said it had been closed for maintenance since before we booked. I do think the host should check on things like that, and be transparent, as it impacted our stay. Meeting the host to get the keys was tricky, as we had a car and needed to meet on the street to get a fob for the car park. If we had just been on foot it would have been fine, as we could have been buzzed in. Host was very helpful and responsive, bringing dish towels and washing up liquid when mentioned - however it would have been ideal if these had been in place as a matter of course.

Pros: The host was very helpful. The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean had everything in it that we needed.

Cons: The site stated toiletries provided. 2 tiny bottles were there. Not enough for 1 bathroom never mind 2. Just take that statement down then we would have taken what we needed.

Nice apartment with perfect view.

Pros: I like the size and place of the apartment. There is really perfect view to the ocean from the balcon. The bakery and the supermarket are in the same building. There is dedicated own garage for free. It is perfect for a family.

Cons: Size of the bed for us was a bit small, just because we’re usually used to a bigger one. The window has to be keep open in the bathroom continuously.

Pros: Proche des commerces (boulangerie, restaurant, superette...), bonne literie, quartier chic, piscine roof top, parking sous-sol compris dans la location, appartement très vaste, vue imprenable sur la côte de Funchal...

As almofadas não são confortáveis para quem tem alguns problemas de coluna. Não coloco fotos porque acredito que o Nick irá ter atenção e não irá voltar a acontecer.
