Luxury stay on a beautiful island
Pros: Great location, really helpful hosts who were quick with any questions asked. Property was spotless, no issues what so ever. Added a touch of luxury to our recent travelling plans around Europe.
Cons: The only minor, I stress minor thing is, that the location to collect the keys is a little walk from the property. When we went, the keys weren't there and had to wait for the host to bring replacement keys but this wasn't the end of the world for us.

Appartement top, spacieux, pratique, idéal pour visiter Funchal, idéal pour une famille … avec des atouts : place de par
Pros: L’appartement est idéalement placé, il est très très spacieux !!! Avec 2 chambres dont 1 immense et 2 salles de bain (bémol : on ne peut pas prendre notre douche ensemble l’eau chaude ne suit pas). La piscine sur un étage est d’une belle grandeur. Les explications avant notre arrivée avec les films sont tops, très clairs. La place de parking au sous sol est un vrai plus. Le lave linge et le sèche linge sont très utiles. L’appartement était nickel à notre arrivée.
Cons: Juste surveiller la vaisselle entre les passages car nous avons été obligés de relaver, elle n’était pas propre. Le balcon est un peu petit, on ne peut pas facilement manger, plutot prendre un verre, l’apéritif … nous étions 4 … et la route est passagère donc un peu bruyante. La déco est sur certains bibelots un peu trop marquée, enfin à notre goût biensur.

Mooi verblijf op top locatie
Pros: Goede locatie op loopafstand van centrum. Parkeren onder het gebouw..Ruim appartement met wasmachine en droger. Zwembad op dak zat geen water in. Eind maart ook nog te vroeg om te gaan zwemmen. Was alleen niet benoemd. 2 handdoeken voor 1 week vind ik weinig.

Ottimo appartamento in centro a Funcha!
Pros: Posizione ottima, vicino al centro di Funchal raggiungibile a piedi. La casa offre tutti i servizi necessari, ottimi spazi comuni. Ottima cosa avere un parcheggio disponibile per chi affitta la macchina!
Cons: È difficile trovare la temperatura giusta dell’acqua mentre ci si lava e abbiamo trovato una piccola perdita nel lavandino del bagno della camera. Anche il lavandino della cucina fatica a scaricare. Sarebbe stato utile sapere dove buttare le spazzature. Piccole accortezze che renderebbero il soggiorno perfetto!

Prima verblijf op een super locatie in Funchal
Pros: Locatie was super! Direct boven een bakker en centrum was ongeveer 15min lopen, maar ook op 5min lopen waren er al leuke bars / restaurants / cafes. Apppartement is groot, fijne slaapkamers en woonkamer. 's Ochtends heerlijk zonnetje op het balkon.
Cons: Douche was vaak koud en zwembad is op de derde verdieping en erg basic, wel met bedjes (zoals op de fotos). Je zit aan een drukke weg dus vooral overdag heb je daar geluid van.

Pros: Pěkný prostorný s vybavený byt na velmi dobrém místě, kousek od centra Funchalu, firma, která byt spravuje, funguje dobře, bazén je pěkný, parkovací místo v podzemní garáži je velké, přímo v domě byly obchody s potravinami, restaurace a taky pěkné pekařství/cukrárna, celkově jsem byli spokojeni.

Bel appartement très spacieux et confortable
Pros: Grand appartement très Confortable Équipement complet bonnes literies. Emplacement très bien pour visiter cette île magnifique. Parking privatif Propriétaire arrangeant.
Cons: Cuisine un peu sombre et bruit de la route cependant calme la nuit.

Priporočam za bivanje, hrup glavne ceste, bazen.
Pros: prostornost apartmaja št. 103, 2 spalnici (zakonska, 2 x enoposteljne), veliko omar z predalniki in obešalniki, 2 kopalnici (zakonska, splošna), kuhinja (mikrovalovka, hladilnik, delovna površina, ), 2 mizi (jedilnica, dnevna soba) z 2 x 4 stoli, 2 x balkon, garaža z dovolj velikim parkiriščem, dokaj blizu centra mesta, zračenje otroške spalnice stran od glavne ceste. Blizu slaščičarna-pekarna, 2 trgovini, restavracije, butiki. Bazen v 3 nadstropju je velik, dovolj ležalnikov in sence.
Cons: Pogled na glavno cesto z obeh balkonov (zakonska spalnica in dnevna soba) in močan hrup skozi vso noč (avtobusi, avto), zračenje slabo (smog), apartma 103 je vogalni. Ni klime, a smo imeli temperaturo zunanje okolice med 19 in 26˘C (od 28.4. do 5.5.2023), spali dokaj normalno. Voda iz pipe močno klorirana (povsod na otoku).

Pros: Lo mejor, la ubicación. El apartamento dispone de todas las comodidades: amplio y cómodo. Dispone de aparcamiento privado.
