Excellent

Pros: A fully functional kitchen and a shopping mall across the street containing a supermarket which had a serve yourself restaurant at good prices.

Most convenient spacious stay directly next to forum madeira.

Pros: Very spacious layout of the apartment. Washing machine and drying was convenient. Dedicated space in underground car park. Fast internet connection. Host Alexandro was exceptionally flexible and responsive, on a public holiday he came over within minutes to fix an issue with the underground garage remote control. Absolute highlight was the location next to forum madeira, would book again!

Cons: Kitchen could use some improvements, but it worked out fine.

Family holiday

Pros: The location was great, the apartment was a really good size, very well equipped , Alexandro's communication with us was excellent through the whole booking process. Apartment was really clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely too, in a building close by. It was always quiet there and no problem getting a sun lounger.

Cons: Very minor thing but the second towel we got was really small, too small to use for women with long hair! Also if you're staying for a week it would be nice to get fresh towels halfway through. The €30 fee for late check-in feels a bit unfair seeing as the apartment is not cheap anyway.

Excellent Holiday Stay

Pros: Lovely large apartment near the lido area. Full kitchen facilities with all the mod cons. Shopping centre and lots of smaller local bars on the doorstep. About 45 mins steady walk to the old town along the sea front,or quicker if you walk inland and only about 8euro in a Bolt back if you have over indulged 😊. 5 mins from the sea front where you can walk all the way to camera de lobos via the cave, very beautiful, with more bars/ restaurants on the sea front. Very friendly host who kept in touch telling us about events that were happening in the area. Thanks, Alexandro. hope to return soon. 😎👍

A place where we will return anytime with pleasure!

Pros: The Forum Madeira Ajuda apart is spacious, extremely bright, with all the necessary equipment for a “ home” stay and it is located near the ocean and opposite Forum Madeira Mall, what it brings more value. Also, the parking place in the garage building completes the exceptional attributes of this property.

Pros: We loved this apartment ! The location was fabulous with plenty cafes /restaurants and bars close by. Great bus service too . The apartment was spacious , spotless and had absolutely everything you need . Alexandro was brilliant , met us at the door and couldn’t have been more helpful! We will definitely be back and already recommended it to family and friends

Pros: Location is absolutely excellent, facilities, host had lots of time for us and waited when our flight was delayed. Sea view from both balconies, air conditioning in every room, modern and well decorated with lots of seating, comfortable beds, hot water and lovely overhead walk-in shower. Entrance to the shopping centre over the road with shops and restaurants open until 11pm!!!! The apartment has a parking space which we didn't need because we used taxis, the taxi to Funchal centre we paid €5. Alexandro walked with us to the swimming pool area, which is well maintained, and a stones throw from the apartment. What a fantastic apartment and a lovely host Alexandro, who is available to help on the phone and lives a short drive away. Thank you :)
