Pros: Our host Lucy was very nice and helpful! Apartment is spacious, modern (excellent bathroom), well equipped and the location is really good - short walk downhill to the city center. The private parking space on property is a big plus.

Cons: Be aware that the parking space is tight, suitable for a small car only. If you plan to rent a bigger car you will have to look for a paking space on the street (hard to find, but possible and also free)

Great location for exploring Funchal, a home away from home.

Pros: Greeted early by our hostess as we had arrived early. Lucy also gave us tips for restaurants etc and was responsive when we had questions. Loved the location, walking distance from town. The accommodation is well appointed. Spacious. The photos give a very accurate view of the accommodation. We had a wonderful week in Madeira.

Cons: Pillows, none of us could get on with the pillows! This has been commented on before but parking is narrow, luckily we had a very small car.
