Jasmineiro II by An Island Apart

Pros: The property is a great size. Very spacious and bright. Decent views and excellent location. The parking space was a fantastic amenity. As finding a parking space in Funchal can be a challenge. The space was big enough for two cars. Would definitely book again.

Cons: There was a lot of dust, considering the apartment had just been cleaned.

We had a great week in Funchal. Apartment was well equipped and easy walk to town.

Pros: Modern and well equipped. Good security. Close to town, restaurants, shops etc. kitchen facilities were great. Big enough for two couples with plenty of space. Booking and check-in were all very smooth. We requested early check-in and late check-out, which were approved efficiently.

Cons: North East facing balcony, so slightly dark and gloomy at times. Lighting was not really adequate. Baths and showers were bordering on dangerous, as shower screens are fixed and no shower mats provided. When stepping out of shower there are no easy handholds, hence very easy to slip and fall. Beds were a bit soft for our taste, but bedding was fine. Electricity sockets were a little sparse.

Great apartment in great location

Pros: Great location, spacious apartment- very good pre holiday information from the company and contact during our stay. Sheets and linen changed during our 2 week stay which was great and unexpected, lots of extras like toilet rolls, basic toiletries, washing up liquid etc which just made everything easier. The rep contacted us on arrival and we were able to drop our bags off before we could fully access the property which made our 1st day (after travelling since 2am) so much nicer

Cons: We could have done with another comfy chair to watch the Euro’s

Pros: Perfect appartment with great view. In the city centre.

Really good apartment providing an ideal base for a family holiday in Funchal

Pros: Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Location within walking distance of centre and ideal for exploring Funchal. Parking in secure garage was good for us using a hire car for a few days.

Cons: We were there for a very hot spell and the apartment did get very warm at night with no air conditioning - however we do appreciate the temperature was extreme

Séjour agréable et relaxant entre amis

Pros: Appartement spacieux, calme et lumineux. L'équipement est standard mais il y a tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine. Nous avons vraiment apprécié d'avoir 2 salles de bain + 1 WC. Le balcon a l'air plus grand sur les photos mais cela était suffisant.

Cons: La pression de l'eau dans la douche est faible et il faut faire couler l'eau longtemps avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude. Il faudrait poser des panneaux solaires pour chauffer l'eau. La vitre sur la baignoire est trop longue et il est difficile d'entrer et sortir de la baignoire. À déconseiller pour les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Nous n'avons pas pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure et comme tout est en pente à Funchal, c'était très désagréable de se déplacer avec nos valises jusqu'à 16 heures.

Ett bra boende med alla bekvämligheter

Pros: Nära staden även om det är lite backigt. Finns dock mycket restauranger på relativt nära håll. Bra träning blev det med tanke på alla promenader vi tog. Lägenheten innehåller det mesta som behövs. Det är gott om plats alla sovrum har eget WC. Det ingår privat P-garage med plats för 2 bilar. Poolen prövade vi inte, kändes lite kall.

Pros: L’emplacement est top, le logement et l’accueil sont top, la vue est top 😊

Cons: L’eau chaude met très longtemps à arriver dans les salles de bain et si 2 personnes se lavent en même temps la température de l’eau devient aléatoire très chaud/ très froid

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo przyjemny apartament, duża przestrzeń, świetny widok.

Cons: Dwie osoby na raz nie mogły umyc się w ciepłej wodzie, pomimo dwóch łazienek, nie nadążało grzanie i spadało ciśnienie
