We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment with the most amazing views and centrally located.
Pros: A lovely apartment with the most amazing views over Funchal from the balcony. There are 3 bedrooms, one double with an en-suite, two twin rooms and two more bathrooms on the main floor, and a large separate kitchen fully equipped. Upstairs there is a large sunroom and daybed with a separate bathroom and utility room. This leads out to a beautiful roof terrace with more amazing views. Location is excellent with the town centre only a few minutes walk (down hill!). And there are plenty of Bolt taxis available to take you anywhere you want to go. Lots of restaurants and two grocery stores close by. Highly recommend this place and we hope to return!
Cons: Just a little bit of road noise but the windows are sound proof so you don’t hear it from the bedrooms at night.

Amazing apartment - comfort, view and location
Pros: The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. It is very convenient - we found everything we needed. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and the 3 showers + one extra toilet were great for the 5 of us. The living room was great to chill. The balcony and terrace views were amazing any time of the day. There was a parking spot for us. The building has a pool too, which we didn't use as the weather was not so warm while we were there. And last but not least, the location was great - not even 5 minutes to the shopping mall and 15 min to the center of town or the park near the sea. I would recommend this place to any friend going to Madeira.
Cons: Everything was great! The only recommendation I have is about something minor - to get a new wine bottle opener. The one provided was broken and I'm sure the next guests will appreciate having one as the views go great with a glass of wine :)

A great find in Funchal, would definitly reccomend!
Pros: Great flat on the 6th highest flor of the building, great terrace, several bathroms, nice and big kitchen, balcony, good equipment…
Cons: You could not use the outdoor setting to cook/bbq. Towels were not changed even though they promised so.

Pros: This apartman has a perfect location and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. Beatrice was very kind and helpfull. The apartman is very spacious, everything (the kitchen, bathroom, rooms) is well equiped. After a whole day of hiking, just buy a bottle of good wine and sit on the roof terrace after sunset and enjoy life! You can do it here.
Cons: Unfortunately the shower in the main bathroom did not work and they failed to fix it in a week. It was a bit unpleasant but we were able to use the other two bathroom (there were five of us).

Pros: La localisation bien évidemment Le confort global, l’espace, plusieurs salles de bain et WC. La possibilité d’une terrasse couverte et d’une grande terrasse en Rooftop avec une vue splendide sur Funchal . Le parking privé sous terrain très facile d’accès et très pratique. Nous avons été également accueilli tardivement à près de minuit par l’employé de l’agence qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer malgré l’arrivée tardive , le fonctionnement de l’appartement et les dispositions pratiques.
Cons: Quelques soucis, concernant l’hygiène d’une salle de bain, et surtout l’évacuation de celle-ci, qui est restée problématique pendant le séjour, malgré avoir signalé le défaut en début de séjour à notre hôte (agence). Concernant l’équipement de la cuisine, il manquait quelques ustensiles pour pouvoir cuisiner sereinement puisque nous étions six personnes et que nous avions pris nos petits déjeuners et quelques repas sur place. Même chose concernant le frigo américain qui ne distribue pas d’eau, mais que des glaçons.

Pros: Czysty apartament w cichej dzielnicy. Idealny na pobyt od 6-8 osób. Łazienki -jedna w największym pokoju. Druga wspólna dla dwóch pokoi i trzecia zlokalizowana na drugim piętrze. Piękny taras zlokalizowany na dachu budynku. Podczas pobytu 10 dniowego wymieniono nam pościel i ręczniki. Posprzątano także łazienki. Ogrzewanie elektryczne w pokojach i salonie. Klimatyzacji brak, ale to nie jest problem. Za wcześniejsze, jeśli możliwe, pobierana jest opłata 15€. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.
Cons: Źle działający czajnik elektryczny. Słaby sygnał WiFi i wolny internet.
