Lovely views

Pros: Superb location. Good places to eat nearby, super- and mini markets and buses also right in the neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, enough utilities, a washing machine and plenty hot water with good water pressure. We particularly liked the balcony with wonderful views and sun all day. Communication with the host was easy and accurate.

Cons: The apartment would benefit from some small upgrades.

Pros: I really liked the apartment. It was very clean when we checked in, it smelled nice. You will find everything you need here, you can even do your laundry! In Lisbon we lived for 17 days in an apartment that didn't have a washing machine and it was more expensive than here, so we were happy to spend our weekend in an apartment with an ocean view! Madeira seemed like heaven on earth to me, and I really want to come back here again.

Amazing sea view apartment

Pros: Lovely comfortable apartment with amazing sea view and access to pool. Everything you need for a stay in funchal. Excellent location about 40min stroll to the marina but if you don't like walking then the bus stop is just around the corner and there's one passing every 10mins.

Cons: There really isn't anything to fault about the place. The only thing I can say is bath can be a little slippy that's it.

Amazing quiet place

Pros: It was perfect quiet apartment for my holidays : very big comfortable apartment, amazing view from balcony and relaxing sound of ocean, in the center of Lido area ( a lot of best restaurants and shops), big privat pool. Owner Joao met me in apartment late night, gave me all information I needed. The balcony is special place of apartment. I could drink morning coffee watching amazing sunrise and sit with glass of wine watching sundown. I wanna come back to this apartment.

Pros: Я стала скучать по этому месту уже сразу после отъезда. Мы были на Мадейре уже четвертый раз, и эти апартаменты сделали очередное путешествие изумительным. Здесь действительно океан у ваших ног, вы просыпаетесь под его шум, любуетесь утром, днем, вечером. Закат на балконе волшебный, невозможно уйти. Расположение, на мой взгляд, лучшее, что может быть на Мадейре. До всего можно дойти пешком, машина не нужна. Рядом большой супермаркет, комплекс бассейнов Lido (нам предоставили карту для бесплатного входа, так как бассейн в апартаментах не работает). И обязательно посетите ресторан традиционной португальской кухни Come Together, получите удовольствие. Хотя состояние ремонта в квартире уже не новое, ее фантастическая чистота полностью закрывает этот недостаток. А кровать широкая и удобная. Кухня оснащена всей техникой и посудой, стиральная машина хорошо работает, на кухне есть отдельный балкон с сушилкой для вещей, поэтому нет проблем мокрых вещей. Я постараюсь приехать сюда снова

Cons: Нужно купить 2 чайные ложки и маленький острый нож. Об этом писали в предыдущих отзывах, но хозяин не реагирует. Вы вынуждены мешать чай и есть йогурт большой столовой ложкой. А нож только один, очень большой, тупой и неудобный. Замена этих простых вещей сильно повысит комфорт и оценку жилья.

Vue exceptionnelle

Pros: La vue est exceptionnelle. La literie est confortable. Le logement était très propre.

Cons: Manque de la vaisselle (petites cuillères, passoires etc...) les infiltrations aux plafonds ne sont pas très agréables à voir. Au niveau confort il serait agréable d'avoir de meilleurs sièges sur le balcon et que des housses d'oreillers soient mises.

We loved this place and the location! Host was very responsive.

Pros: The location and sea view! Well equipped apartment, close access to restaurants, sea promenade, private pool over looking the sea, easy access to Funchal via bus or on foot. Washing machine was great.

Cons: There is no free parking. Although the parking is not expensive and free from 8PM to 8AM as well as on weekends, you do need to remember to feed the meter now and then (this wasn't a big deal). The location of the flat is such that you don't need a car, next time we won't even rent one.

Zachwycający widok, rewelacyjna lokalizacja

Pros: Największy atut tego apartamentu to lokalizacja i widok - spektakularny! W pierwszej linii brzegowej, zasypiamy i budzimy się przy szumie oceanu. Mieszkanie jest spore, urządzone raczej prosto, ale też niczego w nim nie brakuje. Dużo miejsca do przechowywania, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, jest ekspres do kawy, toster, pralka. Czystość bez zarzutu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, który udzielił dokładnych instrukcji co do zameldowania i błyskawicznie odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania. Warto być świadomym, że w okolicy nie ma bezpłatnego parkingu. Sam budynek czysty, bezpieczny i spokojny. Z przyjemnością zatrzymamy się tutaj ponownie przy kolejnym pobycie na Maderze.

Cons: Nie ma to nic wspólnego z samym mieszkaniem, ale w okresie naszego pobytu na działce obok trwała budowa, w związku z czym w sypialni, która znajduje się od strony budowy, od rana słyszalne były hałasy.

Perfekte Lage mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einen ungezwungenen Urlaub

Pros: Der Vermieter war immer per Whatsapp zu erreichen, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte daher unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Er war sehr bemüht, dass man richtig und kostenlos parken kann (es gibt Parkbereiche, in denen man zahlen muss und einen privaten Parkbereich, der zum App. gehört und gratis ist). Das App. liegt in einem Gebäude aus den 80er Jahren. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, aber man merkt das Alter der Anlage (u.a. Fenster ohne Dichtung, so dass man auch ein bißchen den Verkehrslärm hört; kein ausreichender Wasserdruck für das Bidet; im Pool sind einzelne Mosaikfliesen lose). Allerdings entschädigt der herrliche Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Cons: Für den Preis darf man sich wirklich nicht beschweren. Es ist halt kein Luxus. Es sind Flecken an der Wand, die Möbel sind abgenutzt, der Duschschlauch tropft, das Bidet ist durch den Wasserdruck nicht benutzbar, die Wasserhähne spritzen, viele Silberfische in der Nacht. Aber!:App. liegt super, ist gut ausgestattet und hell.

GEWELDIG!!!

Pros: Het appartement was prachtig gelegen en voldeed aan alle nodige apparatuur. Een heel lichte en luchtige ruimte. Zeer comfortabel en de host was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Cons: hier en daar minimale verouderde plekken op plafond en in de badkamer was de zeephouder niet helemaal vastgezet. desalniettemin zijn dit echt kleinigheden die ons totaal niet stoorden.
