Comfortable stay in Funchal

Pros: Very central, the bus stop to and from the airport is just a walk away The place was very clean, super easy to self check in, and it was very well equipped Despite being central and over a busy road we didnt notice the noise (we slept with the windows closed) If you come by car you might need to look for a parking spot nearby in the neighbourhood or pay for a private parking space

Pros: Everything you need is available, it’s easy to get everywhere, and there’s a supermarket nearby.

Cons: The location is excellent, right in the city center, but it’s very noisy at night because of traffic.

Pros: Easy access to city centre and quick check in and check out.

Cons: The location is great, just the noise of vehicles because just steps away to main road. Cleaning only performed one time during 10 nights stay.

Great apartment for a short stay

Pros: - you have everything that you need for a short stay - contactless check-in and the doors - close to the city center, to the ocean and to the market - fully equipped kitchen - big windows :) - elevator

Cons: - poor WiFi - very noisy street - it's impossible to sleep with the window open

Good apartment with the basic necessities

Pros: Nice clean apartment in a good location but was a bit expensive for the basics of an apartment

Cons: Door stopped working for a day and it is key code only so we had to ring for it to be opened and they said it happens frequently which isn’t good we stood outside for about half an hour waiting for assistance

Fantastic apartment

Pros: Brand new clean comfortable with everything you need and even two bottles of water left for us nice touch

Pros: Everything we needed including washing machine and dryer

Cons: Nothing to say really it suited our needs and matched the price. Seemed like code for room was the same as downstairs and was also the same as another room booked which didn't seem the most secure as presumably it's just the same everywhere but hey ho
