Very pleasant

Pros: The apartment was perfectly clean and has everything you need. It is very cozy and nice and the location is convenient.

Cons: We had to do the checkout during the night and the instructions they gave us were lacking an important detail: if you’re with the car, be mindful that the second gate cannot be open without the intercom. They told us to leave the keys inside the apartment but forgot to mention that it was important to put before the car all the way out on the street and only afterwards go back to leave the key inside, otherwise you’ll be stuck inside the second gate

Pros: Wonderful place and good stuff. Value of money. Recommended. This apartment is big) I would stay here again

Abbastanza bene

Pros: La posizione vicina al centro e ai principali servizi, ma molto tranquilla. L 'arredamento moderno e la dotazione della cucina ( tranne la lavastoviglie ).

Cons: L'impossibilità di utilizzare la lavastoviglie perché i carrelli erano completamente arrugginiti. La scarsa possibilità di utilizzare lo spazio esterno perché essendo un piano terra rialzato il terrazzo era vicino al portone. Il divano letto non proprio comodissimo.

Buon soggiorno

Pros: Struttura grande, accogliente, ben fornita. Staff disponibile

Cons: Mancanza di aria condizionata (clima umido) e posto auto coperto impraticabile.

Wyjazd wakacyjny

Pros: Mieszkanie przestronne, w pełni wyposażone i zadbane. Duża sypialnia i salon z rozkładaną sofą. Taras mieszczący się na tym samym poziomie co wyjście z klatki. Łazienka przestronna, czysta, zadbana z wanną. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Dostępna również do dyspozycji pralka, suszarka i deska do prasowania z żelazkiem. Wygodne łóżka z ciepłymi kołdrami. Okolica bardzo spokojna, zamknięte osiedle. Do przystanku autobusowego bardzo blisko. W okolicy kilka małych sklepów i jeden duży supermarket oddalony ok 700 m od apartamentu. Miejsce do zaparkowania auta w garażu pomieści bez problemu małe miejskie auto. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Wszystkie informacje dotyczące zameldowania i wymeldowania wysyłane z dużym wyprzedzeniem. Jedynym minusem był odbiór kluczy do mieszkania w lokalizacji samej firmy oddalonej od apartamentu o kilka km. Przy braku wynajętego auta może to być problematyczne. Zwrot kluczy na szczęście odbył się już na miejscu bez konieczności jazdy do firmy.

Pros: Musíme hlavně pochválit komunikaci s majitelkou! Byla velice milá a vše probíhalo na jedničku. Vybavenost apartmánu super, nic nám nechybělo!

Cons: Vše byli super.

Nothing but good things to say for this apartment. We will be back!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was extremely clean and well-maintained, and had all amenities we needed. Staff was professional/responsive and communicated via WhatsApp. The apartment was bigger and more spacious than we had thought, and in a quiet area of the island. We weren't able to park in the provided slot in the garage (pillars make it challenging for anything but a tiny car), but there is plenty of street parking available right outside the apartment. Some nice local eateries close by.

Cons: Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back. Just keep in mind that this is a 8 minute drive from Funchal in case you were looking to live in the city center.

Nice and clean flat

Pros: The location was good, close to everywhere but not extremely in the city center. The couch was very comfortable and the flat was very clean. We had everything we needed.

Cons: Even though there is parking downstairs, it is not really designed for cars. On the first day we parked there and we could only open one door of the car, it was that narrow. Parking there was also another challenge if you are not a good driver. The bed was looking very comfy from the pictures but it wasn't. The island is very humid so a dryer for the washed clothes could be really good.

Cons: Purtroppo la presenza di alcune formiche in cucina; inoltre il letto forse da migliorare in quanto scomodo e traballante.
