Pros: The apartament is huge and has everything you need.

Pros: Great location and a comfortable apartment. It was very convenient to have an underground parking spot.

Beautiful apartment close to everything

Pros: The apartment is actually great, there's basically only positives (I now need to have a built-in radio in my next bathroom...) and very, very few negatives. You get everything you need and more. Very clean as well. The position is really good, close to everything on the island, and near a bunch of good restaurants (15-20 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car). You can park for free in the area, but you get a place in the underground garage which is really comfortable. The sea view is what it is, but you have a balcony and can eat outside without too much traffic smogging your lungs. A plus for the request of recycling the waste yourself in the different bins you conveniently find in the underground parking (even though my impression is that the Madeirans ask the tourist to recycle, but don't do that themselves... :-).

Cons: First of all, the beds, quite terrible in my opinion: the mattresses too hard and the pillows (as a positive, there were two different kinds of pillows) too soft in both rooms. Then, what I really didn't like was the absence of the staff. While the handing over of the keys was smooth (a nice guy was waiting for us, and we were unfortunately late), the staff basically never replies on messenger or answers the phone: since this is a third-party-owned apartment, and the staff works only as intermediaries, they should be more active in replying to possible queries or in solving issues. The cost of the final cleaning is steep like the roads in Madeira.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Staff were friendly. Apt was modern and layout was spacious, clean, light and airy. Great facilities, spacious balcony for 2/3 ppl. Bus route, no.2 takes you into to Funchal, was a stone throw away. Location good for local shops at the bottom of the hill.

Cons: Booking in was an issue. Never knew several check ins took place simultaneously.. so as our taxi driver picked us up from the airport very late, we were made to wait as we missed our checking in slot so we were made to wait quite a while outside before we could check in. By the time that happened, was too tired to go far so went to the lovely pizza place across the road. It really isn't the customers fault that there isn't enough staff.. Showers went from hot to cold so showering was an issue.. Never got to the bottom of why, which was a shame. Drilling in apt above was distracting.. Again maybe just bad timing.

Appartement super agréable

Pros: L'appartement est super grand, propre, bien équipé. Le parking souterrain est un plus. Nous avons énormément apprécié de pouvoir arriver avant l'heure officielle du check in. L'emplacement est top, avec de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Environ 4km du centre de Funchal. Ca monte et descends énormément tout autour, il faut de bonnes jambes. Mais c'est le cas pour tout Madère. Un peu cher, mais c'est une super adresse. Un parapluie aurait ete appréciable car il pleut souvent avec courtes averses. Mais c'est un détail.

Cons: Rien

Spacious and clean apartament

Pros: Very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for two couples. Since we stayed a full week, we really liked that there was a washing machine available in the unit. The balcony was also quite big and nice to hang out in the evening.

Cons: Nothing to mention here. We liked everything

Pros: Muito mais do que aquilo que as fotos mostram. Acima das melhores expetativas!

Pros: Il parcheggio sotterraneo ed il terrazzino sono davvero delle chicche. L’arredamento moderno ti faceva sentire di essere a casa.

Cons: L’acqua fredda in bagno. Eravamo in tre e non era semplice coordinarsi con le docce per garantire acqua calda

Pros: Die Beschreibung zur Schlüsselentnahme und Garageneinfahrt waren perfekt, Anleitungs-Film war auch dabei. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Wohnviertel liegt ruhig und doch zentral.
