Santa Luzia Apartment

Great aparment in a really nice spot with a nice view.

Pros: Everything was great. Hosts were in contact with us pre-arrival and made the checking in process smooth and easy, although our fligh arrived late after midnight. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed.

Cons: Things that could be improved are not many or they are conditioned by the place and space of the building in the neighbourhood. There is actually nothing to say that was not to our liking.

Small apartment with an underground parking place.

Pros: A small apartment not very far from city centre. Every convenience that is required for a short stay is inside. Huge plus for an underground parking place, although its fitting for a rather smaller cars (for Fiat Panda from the rental service it was perfect). Last but not least - very helpful host.

Cons: A price is maybe a little high, although the overall apartment is worth it.

Pros: Great location - 10 min from Funchal center and the marina, parking spot - priceless, very comfortable and very clean, all necessary equipment, the hosts are so welcoming and helpful - took care of everything we asked. Thank you so much!

Cons: As my child is allergic, I would recommend the use of hypoallergenic cleaning products (laundry detergent, soap, dishwashing liquid - not scented)

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Santa Luzia. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was perfect – just a short walk to the town center. I would definitely recommend it!

Pros: Quite spacious, cozy apartments containing everything necessary for living. Transfer and car rental issues are easily resolved with the help of the owner. There is an underground parking space. The location is close to tourist places with a bus stop nearby.

Cons: Sometimes mosquitoes were a nuisance, even with a fumigator :-)

Beautiful cozy apartments in the center of Funchal

Pros: Wonderful cozy apartment near the center. Beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent location.

Definitely would book there again

Pros: The apartment is nice and very well equipped. Even a bottle of wine, water and coocies were provided. Wine glasses were kept in first aid section in the kitchen. Host knows some things :). Even though there is a building site down the road the noise is limited. The distance to the town is not too challenging despite steep roads.

Pros: We are very satisfied with our stay, the property was clean, our host welcomed us nicely with small gifts. We also took advantage of the car rental offer. Very nice and quick contact. Nice view of the harbour from the flat.
