Warm welcome from great host

Pros: Friendly and helpful host. Welcome food and drinks - really nice personal touch. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. Not far from the city centre. Free on-site parking.

Cons: Uncomfortable bed mattresses. Local dog was barking through the night making it hard to sleep.

Great appartment, extremely helpful and welcoming host!

Pros: I fully agree with all the other positive reviews. I got a apontaneos pick-up at the airport as the host was nearby, followed by a short city tour, a totally welcoming home with all kind of specialties and a handfilled map full of great tips, that was definitely the best welcome I ever had in an apartment. Thank you very much for your effort!

The host was very helpful. There was a welcome meal of local specialties, gifts, and a rich list of the best attractions and restaurants in Madeira.

Pros: Absolutely amazing welcome pack. Absolutely exceptional information about Madeira from landlord. Maps, hints for trips, for restaurant and many more. I never met with something like this in rented appartment. 10 minutes walk to citycentre, it´s great

Super host, well located flat, most places in Funchal can be reached by feet.

Pros: Super friendly host. The flat was equipped with a first grocery load, so the holiday could start immediately without worrying about going shopping. Salomon spent a long time with us recommending the best spots, treasures and best food places. This was much appreciated.

Perfect apartment

Pros: Perfect location with car park. Great host ,helpful thoughtful . Great view Thank you for having everything we needed. I even had bread ,milk, wine cake, fruit, and much more . Near café and supermarket, kids park . Definitely will come back.

Cons: This is just my preference. I would prefer if double bed was softer , a bit too hard .

Pros: I really recommend Olivia´s Place and I will definitely return. Among the best accommodation I have ever stayed in during my travels around the world. The hosts get absolute top marks too, so friendly and helpful with everything. Good location with a short walk down to town. There is a nice bakery and cafe and a grocery store just a block from the apartment.

Pros: Very friendly host who has a lot good recommendations & is always available if you have any questions. The views from the balcony and living room are amazing : Enjoy breakfast or a beer while looking at the ocean. Old town is just a 15minute walk, little supermarket 2minutes walk, big supermarket 2 minutes by car. Private parking in front of the house in a separated area. 100% recommendation, Thank you :)
