Simply put, everything is above 10!

Pros: There is no need to comment on the property itself — everything is above expectations. What truly deserves to be highlighted is the perfection of the host’s communication with the guests and the effort invested in meeting their needs, which goes far beyond a rating of 10.

Pros: Not very big apartment located at the top of the building. Probably adopted for this purpose. It was quite cold outside during evenings so we haven't used the terrace although the view is perfect - also from the windows you have view for each direction of Funchal and port. Very good contact with the owner.

Cons: Parking is definitely the challenge. You have option to park on 2 visitors spots in front of the building but these places are not always free or on dedicated place behind the building. Unfortunately this place is not for any bigger car as you might be stuck there and ask neighbors to move their cars to go out (not even mention to park there). One evening and night we had to park at the street paid parking (which is free after 8pm) but it was also not easy to find place there. Hot water tank is quite small so after 2-3 persons of showering you need to wait to heat it again.
