Pros: It was probably the coziest stay I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect — super clean and well organized. The bed felt like a princess treatment. The location is perfect, in a lovely neighborhood, and the few minutes walk to the old town is great for exploring.

Great apartment in great location.
Pros: Great location, 15 minutes walk to the harbour and shops. Well designed modern apartment with well equipped kitchen. It was lovely to be greeted with local honey cake, biscuits and water.

Everything you need for a week's stay
Pros: The apartment definitely met our expectations. It's located in a great location (a side street in the center of Funchal, close to everything, yet quiet). It's well-equipped, with everything you need for a week's stay; the room, kitchen, and bathroom are in brand new condition. The owner/caretaker was very kind and attentive, and direct contact via WhatsApp streamlined communication, so everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It is located very close to the city center - everything you need is very close by (supermarket, restaurants, shops...). Across the street there is a parking garage that always has spaces available and is fairly cheap (5 eur per day) and there are some street parking spots available near that are free on Sundays and overnight. The host was very friendly and very responsive if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Pros: Apartment is brand new, clean and in good location to reach the shops, restaurants or to go on trips. It has main utilities one could need for the stay, including steam iron, dishes and cooking utilities. Good soundproof windows to minimize any noise from the street.
Cons: First of all, we liked the apartment and would recommend to stay there. Here just some aspects which could be improved or taken into consideration: the washing machine (extra pay) is downstairs but as we were told it has no dryer, so drying clothes would take a lot of time. Pillows were uncomfortable for us and the mattress was transmitting moves of one person on one side of the bed to another side. There were only 3 towels (2 big ones and 1 small) for 2 persons for 1 week and when we asked for the 2nd small towel we were told there is none. Options given for us was extra floor towel or/and a big but dirty/unwashed towel. Not sufficient soundproof walls and it could be heard clearly when neighbours are closing the doors or walking into the room. No dishwasher.

Pros: Doskonale wyposażony apartament, bardzo komfortowy i przestronny. Wygodne łóżko, duża szafa, część sypialna oddzielona od salonu/kuchni. W pokoju lodówka, zestaw kosmetyków. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Na górze dostępny wspólny taras dla wszystkich gości. Korzystaliśmy również z pralki dostępnej za drobną opłatą na parterze (w pralni dostępne suszarki, które można wziąć do pokoju). Z pewnością wróciłabym do tego obiektu.
Cons: Obiekt nie oferuje możliwości sprzątania, na miejscu nie było dostępnej żadnej miotły/zmiotki. Przy dłuższym pobycie sprawiało to lekki dyskomfort.

Fantastico, consigliatissimo!
Pros: Appartamento molto bello, abbastanza spazioso, pulito e in una posizione ottimale per i servizi e per visitare sia Funchal che tutta l’isola. La struttura dispone di tutti i servizi necessari per il soggiorno, compresi lavatrice e asciugatrice a pagamento. Fatima è stata molto gentile e disponibile dandoci ogni informazione necessaria.
Cons: La struttura non dispone di un parcheggio riservato, ma con un po’ di pazienza e furbizia è possibile trovare parcheggi free nelle vicinanze (magari più complesso in alta stagione).

Magnifica estancia en Funchal
Pros: La ubicacion es magnifica al encontrarse en una avenida de acceso a Funchal con salida directa a la autovía.
