Pros: Amazingly clean and cozy house with a unique feeling of being close to the nature, thanks to the cave-like interior and views from the window. Well equipped, the pool and a spot for grilling are also the highlights of this property. Great spot for travelling around the island.

Authentic experience, true taste of Madeira!

Pros: We spent one of the most memorable vacations in Madeira, and we could not have picked a more authentic, special place to stay than the Villas Calhau da Lapa 10. The house architecture is fabulous, integrated perfectly with the island character. It was equiped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bbq, bathrooms. The pool is an absolute blessing at the end of a long hike or just to relax. The location is great for going any direction on the island. You are away from the city, but still close by if you need to be there. The hospitality of the hosts was amazing, they answered all out questions, ensured we have everything we needed for our stay and their recommendations for places to visit, to eat or even history of Madeira, were priceless. Thank you Gilberto and Gerthie!

Cons: The location is in the country side, and even though there are stores and restaurants nearby, you need a car to get around, they are not an easy walk away.

Alt trifft auf Neu! Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Pool

Pros: Tolles Ferienhaus mit gehobener Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Der Pool tut sein übriges und war ein besonderes highlight, speziell für unsere 2 Jährige Tochter. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen tollen Urlaub auf Madeira. Ein Auto ist aber zwingend notwendig, sonst kommt man nicht weit. ;) gilt aber überall auf der Insel. Das Meer ist nicht zu Fuß erreichbar, man hat aber einen schönen Blick von der Terrasse aus darauf. Tatsächlich führt die Straße direkt unterhalb des Hauses entlang, ist aber wenig frequentiert, sodass es uns nicht gestört hat. Wir haben die 10 Tage sehr genossen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Unieke locatie

Pros: Prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht en heel privé gelegen, ondanks dat het direct langs de weg ligt. Ook is er heel dichtbij een mooie wandelroute naar een afgelegen kade.

Cons: De bedden zijn erg stevig, ik zou het zelfs hard noemen. Maar smaken verschillen...

Es war eine tolle Woche, das Haus ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet.

Pros: Sehr gemütliches Haus Cooler Pool Gute Lage für Ausflüge

Cons: Auf den Photos sieht mann nicht, dass die Strasse gleich vor dem Haus durch geht. Es sah aus als wäre es näher am Meer. Aber zum Glück ist die Strasse nicht stark befahren, es ist also trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Pros: Logement super , très propre , pas en centre ville , resto local et boulangerie à 5min , accueil au top, Comme sur les photos PARFAIT

Cons: Piscine en décembre trop froide mais bon je m y attendais , on voit pas sur les photos c le long de la route mais pas grave elle est en contrebas

Vanuit een origineel en gezellig verblijf Madeira verkennen! Heerlijk!

Pros: De originele features in het huis, zoals het prachtige originele zwembad en de rotswand die op een toffe wijze in het huis geïntegreerd is. Super vriendelijke hosts en een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Madeira te verkennen!
