Will definitely return

Pros: View was stunning, location perfect. Close to supermarket and beautiful beach. The host was very friendly and gives us a lovely welcome tour in the apartment. Lovely welcome gift from the host with local wine, soft drinks and sweets.

Cons: Nothing, everything was amazing, beautiful apartment, high quality

Pros: It is really the best view and well located with everything you need around. We enjoyed the equipment of the apartment, comfortable beds, 2 separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, private garage and easy access to shops, restaurants, and bus stops nearby. Ideal for a family of 4. We also appreciated the starter pack - few tablets for washing machine and dishwasher, coffee, water etc. so you do not need to run to the shop right when you arrive.

Pros: Very well appointed. It had everything one needs. Excellent view and location.

Cons: The air conditioning was disabled and despite our request to activate, it wasn’t done. Due to this the rooms became very stuffy at night and not cool enough for comfort.

Pros: Location was great, Just 10 mi. With the citi bus to old Town... nice restaurant accross the Street. Stunning viev on Atlantic Ocean

Pros: This apartment is truly a hidden gem! The location is superb: it's only a 10 minute drive from the city centre of Funchal, a 5 minute walk from the sea and there are many shops (supermarket, pharmacy, ...) nearby. The apartment itself is also fantastic: there are two large bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (a toilet and a shower in each bathroom). There were only two of us, but there was a lot of room, so this could be ideal for a family too. There were also two terraces, which was lovely: we used one to eat and one to soak in the sunshine, since there were sunbeds available too. The wifi was great for streaming Netflix, Disney ... We also had the pleasure of being able to enjoy the outside pool.

Cons: There were only two minor downsides to this apartment. Firstly: since the apartment is located on a hill, the driveway to the garage is very steep. If you're not a confident driver, I do not recommend driving down to the garage. Secondly: there were no sunbeds by the exterior pool, which was a bit of a shame. It would have been lovely to soak up the sunshine there.

Pros: Well equipped apartment, privet parking place in garage, 5-10 minutes walk distance to local restaurant and shops 10-15 minutes walk to promenade and Farmosa beach where quite a lot cafe and restaurants, swimming pool nice area around with plenty different green plants, about view it's nice if you don't locking down balcony there construction has begun just sand area with few ruins but if you look overall everything was perfect definitely would come back again. Huge respect and big thanks to guy who was on our arrival and explained to us how everything works.

Cons: Just nothing around swimming pool area there is nice terrace with plenty space but no sunbeds or anything else

Pros: We were stranding infront of the property with nummer 281. The women with the Keys were waiting in a back entrsce. We Foundation her at the end.

Cons: Some dogs in another apartment was barking all day and nigth whenever it heard something.

Pros: The place was simply amazing, the view, the property, and the lovely private pool, we went for a swim a few times and no one was there except for us. the location is great too! very close to the beach in a less crowded area (not like Funchal centre). and stores etc. were close nearby so we didn't feel like anything was missing, the place has ac, two bathrooms (yay!) we had everything we needed, the kitchen was well-equipped too, (which is rare from my experience) since there was 4 of us I'd say the price was more than reasonable. we fell in love with the place and will visit again if possible! :)

Cons: in the bigger room that has a private bathroom, the mattresses are a bit too small so if you happen to lie in the middle you'll start sinking :D. But what I usually miss in most apartments is at least one blanket (not to be confused w a quilt) because I get cold real quick and having one blanket to warm up with when watching tv would be nice

Beautiful apartment with amazing views.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities. It was very clean - almost brand new. The views from both balconys were amazing. Location wise it is near some nice local restauarants and supermarkets with access just outside the apartments to catch the bus into the main town of Funchal, which only takes 15 minutes. A perfect mix for those who want amazing views and relaxation but who can also get easy access into the hustle and bustle of the main town. The apartment also had its own underground private car park, which was really good. We had amazing weather in late November so overall a fantastic stay. Would recommend.

Cons: Some advice before arrival on where to wait with your car until the host comes to deliver your keys (as on a Saturday night car parking was tricky) and what to do with your keys when you leave. Maybe suppy an instruction email with photos showing the location and where to wait.

The title of the apartment says it all!

Pros: The name of the apartment does not promise too little: from the two bedrooms, the living room and even the kitchen you have a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is very large, ideal for four people, with two bathrooms. Two balconies with armchairs, table group for dining and deckchairs invite to the great seaview. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything, so you can cook super yourself. The accommodation is stylishly furnished and offers everything you need. WLAN is available. The parking space in the underground garage ensures that you can explore the island with the rental car relaxed. The check-in was uncomplicated and very friendly. We had a wonderful vacation here!

Cons: Unfortunately, there is currently a construction site directly in front of the apartment in the direction of the sea, which is regularly worked on. Therefore it is not very quiet. However, this did not bother us.
