Relaxing 5 day family trip to Funchal

Pros: Very convenient location close to the old town, shops, bus stop, restaurants. Very good communication with the owner Heliodoro. We had everything we needed for our stay. Very modern, clean apartment, comfortable bed.

Cons: Pool was a bit cold, but we expected that in February!

Pros: Amazing property. Every facility available and location is perfect, right in the centre of all restaurants and so close to the water. Will highly recommend and would return if back in Madeira again

The perfect stay in perfect apartment

Pros: The apartment was clean and well maintained and very modern. The kitchen had a massive amount of equipment and cutlery, more than is typical. The whole apartment block is very well kept and safe. The rooftop pool is fab, what a view! The host was exceptionally helpful at both check in and check out. Everything was perfect.

Cons: Nothing- everything was wonderful

Superb

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. Immaculately clean with everything you could need, including a very nice welcome pack. It was situated near the old town, an excellent area to enjoy Funchal. The rooftop pool was amazing, most of the time we had it to ourselves which was lovely. Our host was very helpful, organising a return transfer for us. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it.

Really enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Pros: Great location in the centre of town. The apartment was equipped with everything you could need and was superb quality.

Cons: The noise from the boiler/dehumidifier on the balcony. It can be quite loud. A small detail but we would have found it useful to have a place to hang jackets. Not a big deal though!

Amazing apartment with great location

Pros: Apartment location was excellent. Close to restaurants supermarkets, shopping. Cable car only 5 mins walk. The apartment was equipped to high specification, comfortable, clean and a lovely welcome package. The pool was amazing and my favourite part to relax. Staff at Security desk at entrance were so helpful and friendly. Host made contact via WhatsApp and it was great to have communication to organise arrival. One of the best places I've stayed and highly recommend to others.

Lovely convenient place

Pros: Excellent location, very clean and very well equipped. Beautiful flat with lovely terrace and pool. Parking . Very helpful and lovely concierge service

Cons: Very noisy boiler in the terrace that was on for a very long time. Very nice bed with good mattress but didn’t find the memory foam topper necessary and very uncomfortable
