A fantastic apartment in a great location
Pros: Fantastic location. Lovely apartment and the rooftop pool was great. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Cons: View from balcony was not the best. It would have been helpful to have had written instructions for curtains and sound system.

Greet location, lovely pool and spacious apartment
Pros: Fabulous location close to old town and great restaurants, supermarket etc
Cons: Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work despite us staying in to let repairmen in twice. We asked for and were given a fan which helped. Other than that it was wonderful

Absolutely stunning!
Pros: Beautiful apartment! The place was even bigger than expected. It’s modern, stylish and very clean, just like the photos. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location is also super convenient, close to the city center of Funchal. The host was also super kind. Overall, a lovely place to stay and I absolutely recommend it! Tip: If it’s your first time in Madeira, renting a car is a must for getting around.

Amazing for exploring the city for a few nights!
Pros: The host Alonso is a great guy and did everything he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Property was super clean and modern, very lush! Location is amazing!
Cons: Sometimes the blind/curtain electric switches were a little confusing. We were never quite sure which switch corresponded to which blind/curtain for opening and closing. This wasn’t a big deal though

A very special apartment right in the heart of Funchal, beautiful space and amazing pool.
Pros: The property is beautiful. Very spacious, has all of the amenities you could need, it’s right between the old town and the new town of Funchal. I truly don’t think it could be in a better location. It was amazing to come back from a long day of hiking etc into a perfectly air-conditioned space. The shower is great, and the TV is massive. There is a nice balcony too which you can use to chill out or dry clothes. We spent hours at the pool, the view from the rooftop is very special, and it was the perfect place to relax. We loved every second of this place. Alonso was great, a very responsive and generous host. We hope to return to this apartment for our next trip to Madeira!!
Cons: I truly can’t fault anything about the apartment. The only small thing I can say is that during our stay (May 2025) there was construction going on in the building beside the apartment. Of course, there is not anything that can be done to prevent this and it is nobody’s fault. I would suggest that if you are a light sleeper like me, you could benefit from bringing earplugs as the construction would begin at 8am.

Great apartment in a great location and a perfect host
Pros: Alonso could not have been more helpful. What a really lovely person. The apartment was beautiful, excellently equipped and in a fantastic location.
Cons: No much to dislike but the sofa could be a bit more comfortable

Pure luxury and comfort in the heart of Funchal!
Pros: The location was perfect in the heart of Funchal. Brand new executive building and the apartment was very large with two levels. Very luxurious and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Alonso was the perfect host and provided us with wonderful suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Beautiful pool area at the top of the building. This may be the best apartment we have ever rented. A bonus is a large parking spot. Absolutely beautiful and luxurious! Do not hesitate to book this apartment.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
