I would have no problems with going back here.

Pros: The location could not have been better for us. Obviously very central to everything and as we were visiting for carnival week, absolutely perfect for that. There was barely any traffic noise or noise from other people in the apartments. Susana met to give us the keys and she was very helpful. The views were fantastic, particularily with the nice weather we had.

Cons: There was a slight background noise of music coming from a seafront bar at night, but it wasn't too loud. The apartment could be updated but that didn't detract from our enjoyable stay.

Perfect location to explore Funchal.

Pros: The location was perfect and the host was super friendly and helpful. Great place to use as a base to explore Funchal and Madeira. It was also really nice to have parking included.

We really loved to stay here, can only recommend!

Pros: We really loved the view and the balcony! Also it was so amazing that we had a parking space for ourselves, that really made our stay much more comfortable. We got some nice recommendations for local restaurants as well.

Cons: The bed wasn’t really comfortable for the two of us with a combined sheet, but maybe it’s just personal taste.

Excellent apartments

Pros: The apartment has a magnificent view! Very well equipped. It's located right in the center on the waterfront. Nearby are a shopping center, the airport bus, and the old town. The host is very welcoming and attentive.

Cons: The wooden bed frame creaked loudly.

Pros: nice apartment in a great location, with a view to the ocean from a nice balcony, well equipped kitchen, good wifi, small tv set, lots of information from the host on check-in, easy (late) check-out

Cons: no air-conditioning, it's necessary to close windows at night, not to hear noise from the nearby bars; a bit outdated but still in good condition; minor complications with hot-water

Central and lovely view with garage but no A/C and noisy bars!

Pros: The apartment has a great location, right in the center of Funchal, which makes it very convenient for tourism. The view from the balcony is lovely. The apartment itself is small but well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay, and having a parking place in the garage is a big plus. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the check-in and stay easier.

Cons: Unfortunately, despite the positive aspects, the stay was not very comfortable for us. The area is extremely noisy, with traffic during the day and loud music from the bars going on until around 2am every night, which was clearly audible even with the windows closed (I could only sleep using earplugs). On top of that, there is no A/C, so the apartment got very hot during the night. Opening the windows wasn’t an option either, because of the noise and mosquitoes. For these reasons, sleeping was quite uncomfortable, and overall the apartment did not turn out to be the best choice for us.

Pros: Wszystko, świetny i czysty apartament, e najlepszym miejscu na Maderze. Gorąco polecam to miejsce, do tego prywatny darmowy parking w podziemiach budynku. Widok z tarasu nieziemski, do tego możliwość opalania sie na trasie.

Cons: Nie było takiej rzeczy

Невероятна гледка. Страхотна локация

Pros: Страхотна локация. На самия център и невероятна гледка. Удобно, чисто, има всичко необходимо за дълъг престой. Гараж с място за паркиране. Сузана беше прекрасна и отзивчива, бърза и добра комуникация.

Cons: Няма климатик, но това не е голям проблем.
