Pros: Host was quick to respond and pleasurable to deal with. Apartment was spacious, well-equipped and clean Master bed was firm & comfortable. A good, powerful shower!

Cons: Good central location but traffic was noisy. 3 balconies but not ideal for sitting outside due to traffic noise Mattresses in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were hard.

Fabulous communication, good location and lots of space for hanging out

Pros: Communication was excellent from the point of booking. After completing registration, clear instructions with really helpful little guide sheets for Madeira sent. Any question on WhatsApp was answered almost immediately with friendly and patient responses, despite it being out of hours sometimes. Easy to access with keybox for accessing apartment. Good location to get to shops, bakeries etc within a 10 minute walk and the harbour in under 20 minutes. Spotlessly clean. Good quality linen and towels. Comfy beds. Good water pressure with reliable hot water. Excellent WiFi speed with easy connection with a barcode. Fairly quiet location as not directly on a main road. Absolutely huge apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for dining in either the kitchen or living room. Washing machine with laundy liquid and a space outdoors for drying very useful.

Cons: Despite coffee machine and pots showing tea, coffee and sugar in the pictures, no coffee pods or other supplies including no oil and other basic herbs for cooking. Same on no shampoo and no soap in the actual shower area (liquid soap on both sinks). There was no heater in the apartment when we arrived and it can get chilly at night, but that was sorted really quickly as it was just an omission by the maintenance team. Despite a lovely balcony off of the ensuite room, there are no chairs or table outside to sit and enjoy the sun. The parking space is genuinely tricky to manouevre and you need to be confident with a small car if you are using it.

Pros: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - 5-10 minut pieszo do centrum Funchal, w tym między innymi do dużego supermarketu. Mieszkanie czyste, ogromny plus to miejsce parkingowe w budynku, pralka oraz duża i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Są dwie łazienki i trzy balkony.

Cons: Samo mieszkanie wygląda trochę jak „mieszkanie po zmarłej cioci” (ale zaznaczam, że jest czyste i plusy zdecydowanie przeważają!). Podłogi skrzypią - również u sąsiadów z góry. Sam garaż podziemny ciasny, z bardzo stromym zjazdem co za pierwszym razem może zaskoczyć, ale nie jest to nic, co przeszkadza.

Pros: Dobrá lokalita v blízkosti centra, parkovanie veľká výhoda, priestranný byt s 2 kúpeľňami a toaletami, práčka výhoda, balkónn 3x
