Pros: Perfect location, in the centre of town and walking distance to bar's , restaurants and shops. Our apartment was on the first floor and was perfectly quiet at night.

Gives what is advertized
Pros: Very clean apartment with a lot of storage space. Even though the residence is centrally located there was very little noise from the street. Would certainly come back again.
Cons: There is always room for some (minor) improvements: - the room could have a booklet containing instructions how to use the equipment (owen, heating, dishwasher, washing machine etc.) - the garbage sorting instructions were only in the garbage room - could not find any information before leaving if we needed get our own soap, shampoo, body wash and detergent. (in our case all of them were there when we arrived)

Pros: Super clean & modern apartment, it's more like a hotel, continuous hot water, controlled room temperature, Huge smart TV, great location only 20sec to a big supermarket,highly recommend!
Cons: The shower drain is a bit slow and actually overflowed at one point. You need to use less water so it doesn't happen.

Highly recommend apartment with central location in Funchal
Pros: This beautifully located apartment is close to the old city, port and gorgeous farmers market. It’s modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and the stunning rooftop terrace overlooking Funchal. Nearby are two large supermarkets and plenty of restaurants.
Cons: The property lacks parking but this isn’t a deal breaker. There are plenty of parking lots nearby, such as “Parking Santa Luzia” which offers a good daily rate.

Wonderful accommodation in Funchal 10/10
Pros: Super location on the flat, no hills to climb, right in the heart of the town. Good supermarket steps away. Key code to check in, lift to your floor, we stayed on the 5th floor, great balcony to sit out with sun until 1pm (early November), then you can move to the roof terrace which gets sun all day. The apt is bright and modern, it looks just like the pictures, you have everything needed to cook, oil, salt pepper spices etc. Bathroom has a good shower, shampoo provided. Bedroom is a good size, large bed. Sofa bed in the living area. Plenty of storage throughout the apartment. If I come back to Funchal I would stay here again, no question. Loved it.
Cons: Two things I have let the host know about (which would not deter me from returning) - We couldn’t get the patio door to lock, messaged the host about this but got no response. It was not a problem for us as we still felt safe. The bathroom gets very steamy after a shower and the fan seems to only come on in the evening time.

Pros: Centrally located apartment and it was nicely quiet. The bed was nice to sleep in I had no problems. The internet works without any problems and the apartment is very suitable for remote work. The kitchen was equipped with everything.The supermarket next door makes it easy to not have to carry bags of groceries for longer distances.

Pros: The location is perfect. The apartment is large and very convenient. The balcony and its view are simply 15 out of 10. We lived on the 5th floor, very comfortable.
Cons: In the shower, water leaks a little behind the glass fence. It's a small thing, but I noticed it.The balcony door creaks. The first time I heard it, I was a little scared.
