Madeira is a wonderful Island and this was a very convenient place to stay

Pros: Very clean and spacious and host was very helpful. Located. In a quiet area just outside the town - ably 15 minutes from the centre of Funchal. Up a steep hill but taxis from the centre were cheap and plentiful and it us on a bus route

Cons: Not much!
