Pros: Excellent location and a great view from the terrace and one of the bedrooms! A compact and comfortable place.
Cons: The additional pre-registration system on top of Booking is very inconvenient, especially since guest details are already provided there. You start receiving constant messages across multiple platforms that require attention, which is not reasonable for someone on holiday and feels more disturbing than helpful. Please consider improving this process. Otherwise, everything in the apartment was fine. A small downside is that only one bedroom has a window, so there is limited natural daylight, but the terrace view makes up for it nicely 🙂 The chairs in the apartment were loose at the legs, and the living room sofa could use replacement.

Good value stay with views
Pros: Great view over Machico bay, steep walk down but close to the centre of town and the beach. Good to have a washing machine but nothing supplied for coffee / washing macine, milk etc

Pros: No distance too far in East, just 10 min walk to bus into city drivers and local so friendly and helpful 👍. Plenty of restaurants 😀 food so good even supermarkets . Accommodation is so good that it feels like I was at home private and great scenery of sea and hills and walks beside us from start to end of holiday

Very good appartement.
Pros: We really loved the view and terrace. It was clean inside with everything we needed. Fully Furnished appartement , kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Big closet. Private parking.
Cons: there was not enough daylight in the apartment

Pros: It is really one of the best accomodation which you can imagine. It was really outstanding to stay for whole week. Very nice views of whole bay, not far away from the beach. Very comforatable with everything including washing machine, oven, coffe machine large fridge with large freezer,....and double bed with one mattress so it is verry comfortable.

Ogólnie nam się podobało. Opinia dotyczy rezydencji A bo tą dostaliśmy
Pros: Podobało nam że mieliśmy słońce na tarasie przez cały dzień i widok na ocean. Mieszkanie było czyste, okolica spokojna, zarządca odpowiadał szybko na email. Wszystkie sprzęty kuchenne działały poprawnie. Były dwie sypialnie, jedna z widokiem na ocean. W ogródku było drzewo awokado na którym zielone ptaszki dawały koncerty.
Cons: Nie podobało mi się że nie można było zamknąć okna w łazience i było w niej zimno, w jednej sypialni nie można było otworzyć okienka i było w niej po zamknięciu drzwi duszno i ciemno, poza tym w mieszkaniu nie były oznaczone progi/schody o które się na początku potykaliśmy, Odpływy w brodziku i umywalce był przypchane.

Beste Lage in Machico!
Pros: Die Lage ist einfach grandios. Der Blick von der Terrasse geht direkt auf die Bucht und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand und im Zentrum. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Parkplätze waren an der Straße ausreichend vorhanden.
Cons: Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (außer das moderne Bad) und es hat teils etwas muffig gerochen, aber es hat uns nicht so sehr gestört.

Un beau séjour
Pros: L'appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel. La vue de la terrasse est superbe. On peut se rendre au centre ville en quelques minutes à pied et il y a un sentier qui permet de faire une belle randonnée juste derrière.
Cons: Il n'y a aucun contact avec du personnel, tout se fait via mails ou WhatsApp. Le canapé n'est pas très confortable. L'aéroport n'est pas loin, donc on entend les avions décoller ou atterrir.

Belle vue paisible
Pros: L’appartement n’a rien de luxueux mais est très propre et très fonctionnel. L’air climatisé fonctionne très bien et la terrasse est parfaite pour manger à l’extérieur car la table à l’intérieur est un peu petite pour 3 personnes. Le lave linge est vraiment utile. Il y a aussi un stationnement pour 2 logements mais stationnement tout près aussi. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet établissement.
Cons: L’eau qui s’accumule dans la douche.
