Great stay

Pros: The hotel is situated at the boulevard and nearby the center of the city with sufficient car parking spaces. Only a few minutes by taxi to the Botanic gardens. Tasty breakfast!

Cons: The hotel served Nepresso coffee only. Not really my cup of tea... The rooms are above bars, restaurants and shops which may be noisy.

Kids were happy to stay there.

Pros: Interesting. Good location. Sauna and jacuzzi was great. Could be two of them. Amazing breakfast.

Cons: You need a key wherever you go, even in the lift. Was silly. The mattress quite hard. Strange window in the shower. Camera in the wc. Why? :) Expensive parking. Paid entertainment: darts and pool. First time we had to pay extra for the facilities in the hotel.

Excellent staff and customer care

Pros: Staff were excellent , had an issue with exterior noise on my first night which the management went over and above to make sure my room was moved and upgraded and helped in every way for the rest of our stay to make it an excellent stay . Turned a small negative ( which was a little out of their control ) into a huge positive .

Cons: Nothing good location close to old town area and the marina and port . If I was to make a suggestion maybe smart tv / Netflix option for non android users but can’t say I disliked anything really

Unforgetable holidays

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. A special hotel with good vibes in a good location with nice staff. Rooms comfortable, rich breakfast, very good food at the restaurant. We got free welcome drinks, free tickets for CR7 museum, free mini bar...highly recommended. We surely come back.

Cons: A bit noisy during the night on the street, but it is a holiday destination, so not a big problem.

Pros: The outside area with sauna, whirlpool and the pool were absolutely amazing as well the view from the outside area was top. The rooms were comfortable and cozy with a great view to the sea. Will definitely stay longer there next time.

Very nice hostel :)

Pros: Really nice hostel with nice, welcoming staff. The café downstairs is lovely and good place to meet other travelers.

Cons: There's no share living room, which would be good for colder evenings and to meet people (especially outside the café's working hours).

Pros: Location of the hotel. Style and functionality of the rooms Good breakfast, wide selection including hot breakfast options.

Cons: breakfast only starts at 08h00 which is too late for accomodating full day actvities (to be fair a 'to go' breakfast can be requested). Sauna is not hot enough to be effective.
