Pros: Very clean and newly renovated. Air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of useful amenities, and a private parking space. The host was very responsive and came to help us within five minutes. Great location – just a couple of minutes from the beach and close to the center of Machico, where a lovely medieval festival was taking place. Supermarkets and many restaurants are also nearby, all within walking distance.
Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor, so it’s not possible to fully open the windows for fresh air. Also, the parking spot is quite tight – you need to be a very skilled driver to get in and out comfortably.

Not optimal for longer stays
Pros: the kitchen was very well equipped and the location itself is very convenient. It’s nice that they have a parking place too.
Cons: Since there is no proper outside wall (just a glass one) there is no sound insulation. From the bedroom one can hear every car passing by, neighbours chatting, etc. and you don’t even need to be sensitive to noice to hear all that. Moreover, there are no windows so it’s impossible to get the fresh air to the place.

Very good value
Pros: This property was super near the beach and had lots of cute areas nearby that you could explore. The property itself was very modern, well-equipped and clean. I had a pretty bad problem with the door (which was due to the wind blowing its hinges) but Andre was around to help within 2 minutes of me texting him and then sorted out the problem within the hour.
Cons: I was locked in for about an hour and a half which wasn’t ideal but got fixed super fast - single paned walls meant there wasn’t much insulation from noise or (severe) winds but these were minor things in the grand scheme.

Pros: Locatie van ons super luxe appartement kon niet beter! 100m tot het strand en aan de voet van de meest belopen trail van de stad...aanrader voor actieve stellen!
Cons: Enige wat nog beter kan: batterij in de klock aan de wand ;-) maar klock die stil staat was misschien ook een hint..? 😀

Pros: Superb location. Two minutes from a lovely beach and a short walk away from shops , bars and the bus station (8 mins)

Appartement agréable proche de la plage
Pros: Appartement agréable et très bien situé à deux pas de la plage, du centre et de bons restaurants. Très propre, moderne, lumineux et très bien équipé.
Cons: Pas de place de parking attitrée. Il s'agit d'un local commercial transformé en appartement, les murs sont des vitres (très bien et joliment protégées, on ne peut pas voir à l'intérieur) et il n'y a donc pas de fenêtres vers l'extérieur.

Идеально, современно, комфортно!
Pros: Идеально расположен в паре минут ходьбы от пляжа, центр города, до супермаркетов минут 7 пешком; Закрытая парковка за шлагбаумом; Хозяин лично встретил, все показал; В квартире есть все! Техника новая, все чистенькое, много посуды, очень комфортно. Два кондиционера, прогревают отлично. Застали карнавал, шествие было прямо мимо нашего дома! Вынесли стулья и смотрели в первых рядах! Огонь! Машико очень уютный городок)
Cons: Нет вида из окна) но это понятно по фото было сразу
