Pros: Lovely clean, attractive, spacious apartment. Good facilities in the kitchen. It is really useful to have a washing machine. The bslcony runs along the entire apartment, so it is accessible from the living room kitchen and both bedrooms. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Cons: One of the bathrooms does have an unpleasant smell, but I'm not sure what could be done about this. This wasn't a big issue for us

Perfect location in Machico

Pros: The location close to everything (restaurants, beach, airport, highway) and the sea view, the large parking spot and the access, The 2 bathrooms Big TV, dishwasher and washing machine, the offered coffees and the easy contact with Luz

Cons: The hot water seems to be just for 4 sequencial showers, A little bit noisy during the nights because of the paved road, but we slept well.

Fabulous holiday in beautiful location

Pros: Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach. All other amenities very close too, and Machico is a beautiful base for a holiday. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable

Super wakacje.

Pros: Świetny apartament w super lokalizacji. Blisko piaszczysta plaża, sklepy i gastronomia. Plus za miejsce parkingowe w garażu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na zwiedzanie wyspy.

Cons: Ciasnota na parkingu. Samo miejsce parkingowe jest OK ale wjazd i wyjazd z niego bywa problematyczny szczególnie jeśli obok i naprzeciwko stoją samochody.

Die Wohnung war für uns zum Remote arbeiten gut, für einen Urlaub würde ich Sie nicht buchen.

Pros: Die Größe der Wohnung und Sie ist zentral gelegen. Super schnelles und konstantes Internet. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz und Fahrstuhll vorhanden.

Cons: Leider gibt es permanent Hundegebell von gegenüber. Es ist laut , bedingt auch durch den nahen Flughafen und dem Kopfsteinpflaster. Die Bäder riechen modrig, da innenliegend. Im Flur und Wohnzimmer gibt es Ameisen. Die Matratzen sind nicht komfortabel und zum Teil war es staubig. Wir hätten uns eine Einweisung in die Elektrogeräte, sprich Herd und Waschmaschine gewünscht.
