Pros: Good location for exploring the eastern part of Madeira. At the same time very close distance to the airport and only 30 min. drive to Funchal. Two large food shops are in 10-15 min. walking time, but the return would be uphill. There is nothing to complain about the apartment itself, except maybe for some smaller details (but they are not worth to mention).
