Ponta do Sol Amazing 3 Bedroom Apartment

Pros: Fully furnished and big apartment with great view and location.

Cons: All sounds in the apartment and from the neighbors are very loud; the doors creak badly, and the dog downstairs barks uncontrollably. I would recommend to have earplugs. The water pressure in the taps is quite weak. Also, the shower hose in the bathroom is broken and leaks a lot of water, so everyone has had to use the shower cabin.

Beautiful accomodation

Pros: The apartment was so spacious, the beds comfrotable, and the kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything one may need. The view is also amazing - you get view of the ocean by day, and night lights from the city below. and it is such a quiet neighbourhood. We woke up to birds chirping. We rented a car and there is a designated parking space, within a garage in the building which was nice. For those not comfortable parking inside of a garage, plenty of space outside also. The host Rosa was super nice, and she even left us some traditional cookies. The place is so relaxing we actually enjoyed coming home after exploring Madeira and are already planning on coming back. Overall, this was the perfect base, as about 30min away from busy Funchal, and you can pretty much explore the whole island, either via the tunnels or off road. Definitely recommend and thank you, Rosa. P.S. The tiny dog of the neighbours is adorable.

Great location, great apartment, great host.

Pros: Amazing, unobstructed views from bedroom and living room. Sunrise above ocean is the first thing you see when you wake up. The dog is not annoying :)

Cons: Shower pressure.

Pros: nice view, a lot of space ( 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconies), very nice restaurant Santa Teresa just 2 min walk from the apartment, good contact with the owners, we received some tips and recommendations where to go and what to do, fruit basket left for us, private parking space, well equipped kitchen, it was clean

Cons: two things: one - the water in the shower was either cold or hot, it was difficult to enjoy the shower. the second thing is something that owners have no influence on, but still it disrupted my holidays: the owners of the flat below have two dogs and they keep them unattended on the balcony for many hours. one of them was barking whenever I moved, open the balcony door or even just said a word. dog was barking until 1030 pm every day. it was difficult to relax, use the balcony or even fall asleep. i reported this and someone was supposed talk to dog owners, but during our stay situation hasn’t changed

Pros: Piekny widok z okna,swietny kontakt z obslugą,czysto ,wielkie mieszkanie.Wszystkie sprzety,udogodnienia na miejscu.

Cons: 7km dojazdu do centrum miasteczka ale na to nie mam wplywu,wiedzialem co wybieralem

Pros: L'accueil de Rosa, qui a été agréable malgré le fait que nous soyons arrivés très tard. L'emplacement et la vue magnifique, et la place de parking dans le garage est très pratique

Cons: La chaudière qui fonctionne qu'une fois sur deux : très compliqué d'avoir de l'eau chaude.

Ein Apartment mit Herz zum Wohlfühlen.

Pros: Die Wohnung war neu, geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche war riesig und hatte alles erdenkliche, was man zum kochen braucht. Außerdem war die Wohnung super sauber, hell mit großen Fenstern und toller Aussicht aufs Meer von den Balkonen. Ein enormes Plus, vor allem für Madeira: Das Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Nennenswert ist auch die super herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Rosa. Wie haben sogar zur Begrüßung Kekse bekommen. Auch Erica war stets über WhatsApp erreichbar. Auch die Lage ist für Ausflüge aller Art perfekt gelegen. Einfach ein Traum hier. Vielen Dank für alles.

Cons: Eigentlich war nichts an der Wohnung an sich schlecht. Einziger Störfaktor war einer der beiden Hunde unterhalb des Apartments. Der bellte ständig, bei jedem kleinen Geräusch und auch bis spät nachts. Wir lieben Hunde und haben selbst zwei Zuhause. Aber die beiden hier waren ständig alleine auf der Terrasse ausgesperrt, und einer von beiden hat sich oft bis tief in die Nacht die Seele aus dem Leib gebellt.

Pros: Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Apartment und wurden herzlich empfangen. Durch die Parkmöglichkeit in einer Tiefgarage direkt im Haus waren Ankunft und Tagesausflüge immer entspannt zu regeln, selbst mit viel Gepäck. Die Lage ist gut und zentral und man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Als Startpunkt um die gesamte Insel zu entdecken, absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Kommunikation war 1A, Sauberkeit top und die Zimmer und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten sind absolut geräumig. Es gibt Jalousien und zusätzlich Innenrollos, sodass man absolut dunkel schläft. Die Umgebung ist sehr leise und man kann fußläufig einen Supermarkt und kleinere Restaurants besuchen. Wie überall empfohlen ist ein Mietwagen jedoch unerlässlich.

Cons: Nur als Tipp für alle weiteren Besucher: das Wasser braucht einige Zeit bis es warm/heiß wird und muss daher etwas länger durchlaufen.

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso, vista fantastica, personale molto disponibile, garage con posto auto riservato

Cons: Due cani molto fastidiosi al piano di sotto (abbaiano per qualsiasi rumore anche di notte) e qualche problema con la temperatura dell' acqua della doccia e della vasca

Pros: Przestronne, czyste i ładnie urządzone mieszkanie. Atutem są dwie łazienki. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne naczynia, garnki. Śmiało można planować sporządzanie posiłków we własnym zakresie. Są też dwa balkony. Do mieszkania przynależy miejsce postojowe na parkingu podziemnym. Piękny widok na ocean.

Cons: Niskie ciśnienie wody. Podczas kąpieli trzeba długo czekac aż zacznie lecieć ciepła woda. Dla nas materace na łóżkach trochę za twarde ale daliśmy radę.
