Fabulous view, great host and excellent apartment

Pros: Dino was excellent, met up and showed us all needed to stay at the apartment, even provided us a welcome Madeira wine and local sweets. The ocean view from the apartment was fabulous. There are also three restaurants to pick (italian, brazilian, seafood), also very short drive to a local supermarket.The apartment itself was as shown in Booking.com and very comfortable.

Cons: People staying at the apartment should note that there are substantial traffic noise as the unit was located on a fairly busy road! It was kept to a minimum with window close though.

Pros: Wonderful apartments – clean, beautiful, and cozy! The apartments have everything you might need – everything is very well thought out. :) And most importantly, you’ll be welcomed here with great hospitality, warmth, and a homely atmosphere… and even treated to Madeira’s sweet delights – wine, cake and candies!

Pros: Splendid spacious apartment in a great location! Dino was courteous and extremely helpful.

Cons: A bit noisy from the road, not really a bother when the windows are closed.

A great experience, a roomy apartment in a handy location.

Pros: A good sized apartment and value for money. It was comfortable and well equipped. In a good location for accessing all parts of the island in a car. The beds were very comfortable. The television and Bluetooth speaker were good quality and easy to use. The washing machine was a plus. The underground garage and lift were very useful. The crockery was beautiful and top quality, a pleasure to use. The village of Ponta do Sol was delightful, it was reached through a tunnel so by car.

Cons: The road outside the apartment was very busy at times but didn’t keep us awake at night. However this was reflected in the competitive pricing of the apartment compared to others in the area.

Pros: Great location with ocean on doorstep and fantastic views from balcony and bedroom. Apartment very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you can think of, basically like your home even with underground garage. Big supermarket 2km away and three restaurants next to the apartment. Perfect base to explore island by car.

Cons: Everything was as expected, with no negatives.

Got to see lots of Madeira sights. Walking through the tunnel either way a bit challenging but doable

Pros: Spacious. Clean and bright. Very well equipped. Lovey view of the sea. Three restaurants nearby

Cons: It is next to a busy road!!! Road noise can be irritating at times.

A great apartment if, like me, you don’t like staying in big towns

Pros: A spacious and clean apartment with underground parking right on the sea front. We went for the surf and it’s a great location for the breaks at Ponto do Sol and Sao Vicente. Also for exploring the island by car. There are 3 restaurants within 20 metres of the apartment and a good convenience store in the BP station 3 minutes drive away.

Cons: About the property nothing. But note that the main road runs between the apartment and the sea and is busy in the day. But with the doors shut in my sea facing bedroom I heard no noise

Our group of friends had a great time in this ocean view apartment

Pros: Amazing location near beach, balcony with ocean view. Communication with owner was easy, we felt very welcome and it was great to hear some local tips, not only for delicious poncha :) spacious, very tidy and well-equipped interior. Great location for day trips around the island. A wide parking space in the garage with easy parking. Two bathrooms for 4 people was a luxury.

Cons: Air-con in one bedroom only

Short and sweet

Pros: It was a nice two bedroom apartment, with good location and a nice view through most of the windows. Had a couple of restaurants next to it, a walking trail that leads to village, with a beautiful view down

Cons: the street can be noisy when rush hour in the morning and afternoon, but overall not too bad
