Cute and well equipped

Pros: The apartment is super nice! There's everything you might need, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer... would be great for longer stays. Very clean. Convenient parking next to the building. There is a restaurant across the street (so you won't starve, on the other hand there might be some noise). Small café/grocery store nearby. The location is convenient if you have a car - the hill you have to drive up from Porto Moniz is very steep. The communication with Jose, the owner, was indeed smooth and efficient.

Cons: It's a bit further from the town than I expected but we had a car so no problem.

Worth for money

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is beautifully clean, spacious, and extremely well-equipped — from kitchen appliances and utensils to thoughtful extras like cooking ingredients and nice treats from the owner (Madeira wine and cookies) and bathroom essentials. It really felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout.

Cons: The only downside was the noise from the nearby road, especially at night, as the house seems to lack proper sound insulation. However, if you're not a light sleeper, this place offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was great, quiet yet conveniently close to everything. The host was friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Pros: Кайфове помешкання! Є велика кількість всього необхідного, ми готували сніданки, користувалися пралкою, кавомашиною, дуже красиве місце, дякуємо за приємний подарунок! Дуже перепрошую за брудний посуд, ми все завантажили до посудомийки, але не знайшли капсул ( того його так і залишили у посудомийці

Perfect!

Pros: Alles was van top tot teen geregeld, van koffiecups tot aan een badhanddoek. Het dakterras was erg lekker met uitzicht op zee. De host reageerde erg snel en was erg vriendelijk.

Cons: Enigste minpuntje is dat je soms wat gekraak hoort in het dak

Ambiance cosy

Pros: Tout ! Studio très très bien équipé !! avec produits de qualités, machine à café Nespresso avec capsules à disposition, très bonne literie, ambiance cosy, on s'y sent bien. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation

Cons: Rideau de douche, mais c'est un détail...

Pros: L'appartement est super confortable, très très bien équipé et vraiment joli. La literie est parfaite. La grande terrasse et la place de parking extérieur sont un plus. La localisation est pratique pour faire des randonnées dans le coin. Il y a un resto sympa juste en face (cuisine familiale et simple). L'appartement est situé en bord de route ce qui génère un peu de bruit, sans que ça soit problématique pour nous. Et comme souvent, il n'y a pas de volets/rideaux à toutes les fenêtres (pas dérangeant si on se lève très tôt pour randonner). Contact très facile avec José par WhatsApp. On a adoré cet endroit !
