Good value for the money

Pros: Very spacious - can fit at least 6 people. Large kitchen with everything to cook. Front row view to Ribeira Brava football stadium. Dedicated parking lot. Central location with an optimal routes to everywhere on the island.

Cons: Some furniture, like door handles or locks, may need a replacement. Electrical system needs an inspection - we were unable to use iron due to circuit breaker turning power off. WiFi connection is not stable enough with frequent interruptions. Road facing room is noisy due to traffic.

Overall, a fantastic stay with all the comforts and a great location!

Pros: Location: Solid 10/10. Only a 10-minute walk to a local beach and 3 minutes by car to the ER101 highway. The apartment is in a perfect spot, right in the middle of the island, making it easy to explore east, west, or north. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a large living room, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 balconies. Private underground parking is also a big plus. It comes with everything you might need: washing machine, iron, bidet, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen (with filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, utensils), plus a TV and even board games (though we didn’t use them).

Cons: For an 8-day stay, the toilet paper provided was insufficient (only about 2 rolls per person). It would be more comfortable if guests didn’t have to worry about buying such basics. The internet connection was sometimes unstable. Also, the washing machine is not very modern or powerful, which made laundry a bit less convenient. That said, these three small inconveniences did not affect our stay, and the apartment still fully deserves a 10/10 rating.

Great stay

Pros: Great location, a lot of space, comfy beds, free car park, short walk from the beach, multiple shops and restaurants, well equipped kitchen, there is a washing machine in the flat, everything was clean, host very nice, pictures and description on booking.com are accurate. Make sure to give them a call about 30 min before arriving, we didn't but we just went for walk to the beach while waiting for the key 🙂

A comfortable weak in Ribeira Brava.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and very convenient. It had a private parking space in the garage (notice—the space is limited in the underground garage), which worked for us because we had a compact car. It was a short walk from the sea and restaurants. The apartment had all the equipment needed for a more extended stay - including a smoothing iron and a clothes drying rack. Close to a supermarket (2 minutes drive or 12 minutes walk).

Cons: It is hard to say what I did not like. The only thing that was not perfect was that the mattress in one of the bedrooms had springs that made noises every time somebody moved.

Perfect place for exploring Madera.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment for a family of five. Great location.

Such a great equipped place!

Pros: Such a great equipped place! The apartment has everything that you may need for your Madeira adventures also including a lemon squeezeer for your home-made poncha;) and a washing machine, drying rack and a few washing capsules that for sure will save your daily hiking trips. Also, you have two sets of keys and in case you rent a car, there is an indoor car park for free. Location is a plus - the football pitch wasn't a big thing at all & the apartment was really clean!

Cons: The Internet connection specifically in the bedrooms could be better & the check-in time was quite confusing

Pros: The apartment is in a good location. Perfect for a big family. The apartment is very spacious. And with a parking space is a plus. Around as well supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful town, calm and safe.

Comfortable stay in spacious apartment, in pleasant small town in beautiful Madeira.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious with 3 large double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were firm but comfortable. The host was friendly and left a lovely welcome pack of traditional local treats - cake, biscuits, sweets and drinks. The parking space underground was secure and convenient. The small town of Ribiera Brava was not too touristy in February but pleasant and with plenty cafes and restaurants. Nice to be outside the sprawl of Funchal yet still in good travelling distance of all sites on Madeira.

Cons: There was some noise from traffic and road repairs, and the football pitch opposite. It is in constant use for training teams of all ages, which was great to see but it meant audible shouts and whistles from 8am to 11pm.

Recommend.

Pros: We liked everything. Near the beach, supermarket, cafes, shops, restaurant.

Excellent location for exploring the island and comfortable stay

Pros: The location was perfect for exploring the island by car. Property had underground garage with reserved parking spot. Apartment was very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. It had washing machine. Close to the beach and center. Highly recommend the place
