GuestReady - A modern and peaceful stay

Pros: Localisation is good. Santa Cruz was not crowded. Close to highway. Rooms clean. All equipment on place, evend drier for clothes. So you can easily wash if needed. Not comparible to other apartments in this price (in a good way). For next visit it will be my first choice. Landing or starting planes was no issue. You can hear them, but for a very short time.

Spacious apartment on a perfect location

Pros: Really nice, clean, well-equipped and spacious apartment on a perfect location in Santa Cruz. Easy to reach the airport, as well as all other touristic attractions at Madeira island. Funchal is not far from that place, and there are many regular daily buses. Having a parking place in a garage is really advantage. All my recommendations!

Cons: Really nothing.

Would recommend, despite the key policy

Pros: The apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Cons: They don't say this clearly in the booking description, but the key for the self check-in apartment is stored in their office, which is 9km away from the property. Alternatively, you can pay €10 for someone to meet you at the property with the key. I thought this was very unusual, so after arguing with the staff through emails, they waived the fee. I know €10 isn't much, but it's just a strange policy that I have never seen before, and I feel others should be aware of this before booking.

Pros: Great location, beautiful view, garage for your car, good equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, great for families/couples. Spacious bedroom/bathroom

Cons: As of July 2023 there are still some constructions going on. For a longer stay (1 week +) we would’ve either liked our own cleaning equipment or someone to come clean the apartment after a week

Pros: A localização, para mim, foi incrível. Santa Cruz é uma vila calma, longe de turismo, ficamos mais próximos dos locais. O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisamos para estar confortáveis, com acesso a garagem, todos os eletrodomésticos necessários. A vizinhança é super calma e sempre que tivemos alguma dúvida, foram sempre muito simpáticos.

Cons: Não foi não gostar, mudava o tamanho das camas, mas não foi nada que afetasse a experiência.
