Pros: Great location: no more than 10 min (walking) to the beach/ center and no more than 7 min by car to the airport Great host: Claudia was waiting for us at the entrance of the parking. Kitchen properly equippped with a welcome basket of fruits and sweets. The apartament was spacious for a family of 4 adults and 1 child.

Pros: Fabulous apartment, spotless, comfortable, private parking and 5 min walk to restaurants. Host was really nice and helpful and met us at apartment after late night flight in to madeira. Apartment about 7 mins from airport.

Excellent accommodation in Santa Cruz

Pros: Spaceous modern fully equipped two bedroom apartment. Great indoor parking. Claudia was super nice and helpful. Excellent location, less then 5 minutes walk from the center of Santa Cruz

Perfect location

Pros: Nice and attentive host. She met me at the place with the keys. Gave me a tour of the building and gave me restaurants recommendations. The place was clean and had everything that I needed. Has private parking. Location is perfect, close to Funchal and 5 min away from the airport.

Nice roomy apartment near the airport for a family

Pros: Two bathrooms made the apartment very comfortable for a family. Good location and a parking space in a garage. Very nice apartment. Highly recommended.

Cons: All was good. Maybe could only use a large mirror :) When I think about it, there were only smaller mirrors in the bathrooms.

Very comfortable family stay in good location.

Pros: Modern, clean, spacious apartment with all facilities for short or extended stay. Big TV, fast internet, new building, underground garage. Good location, 5min on foot from town centre and beachfront, 2min from bakery and grocery shops, 30min from airport arrivals (we walked to the apartment). Comfortable beds. Very nice host, that was waiting for our delayed arrival in the night and recovered item we left in the apartment.

Pros: Very kind host, beautiful apartment with everything (and more) that you need. We really felt like home and enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was nice, I would come back once again

Pros: The location is very convenient. Restourants, shops and a beach (which includes a nice playground for kids) are within the walking distance. Sure, the place is not in Funchal (the biggest city in Madeira) but if you rent a car then you may easily go to there as well. Actually, there is a bus stop quite near by but we have not tried it, maybe the next time. The airport may be considered to be \

Cons: In general, the situation is positive with only a few minor issues that can be easily addressed. One of the problems is that some doors tend to close loudly due to the wind, but this can be managed by being mindful of which doors and windows are left open and which should be closed to prevent any unexpected closings. Apart from this small inconvenience, everything seems to be going well.
