Plaza Charming Flat

Good comfortable place to stay iwth great Terace and view

Pros: We liked all, from instructions host send us to key collection and advice's where to eat and what to try. Apartment have it all what you could need. Close to airport so its good if you have early flight as we did. Great Terace and options to chill eat and enjoy morning sun.

Cons: Parking on street is not free, only Sunday and Saturday after 14h, and during weekdays after 19h. But anyway most of time we are not in apartment with car during this time. We didn't check price in Garage. Airplanes noise at 04:00 hearable if you have light sleep and open window :)

Pros: Communicative and friendly owner, good location, parking space, peace

Cons: I suggest adding a bottle of water to the fridge in case of a night arrival.

Maderia - Plaza Charming Flat

Pros: Very well decorated. It felt welcoming clean and had alot of space. The host provided alot of information and a helpful video to show how to get the keys and access to the flat. He was very proffessional and attentive. He would reply to my messages promptly.

Cons: Nothing I didnt like. A couple of blankets to have outside in the evening when it was a bit cooler would have been nice. Not essential just personal preference.

Amazing place for family or group of friends.

Pros: Amazing apartment, great location (next to airport, centre of small cute town Santa Cruz, just need to walk 4-5 min for nice and affordable cafés/pubs and grocery. Sad there was just two of us, but apartment was big enough to accommodate small group of friends (3-5). Big terrace, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, work-desk, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, smart tv and washing machine, everything you need for chill vacation.

Cons: Everything was great, but bit challenging to enter apartment as you need to use keys twice to enter building before finding your apartment.

Pros: Duarte was really responsive, recommended restaurants, car rental possibilities, all in all was really supportive. The apartment is close to the center, there is a nice bakery/restaurant downstairs, a pharmacy and also a greengrocery shop.

The apartment felt like a home rather than a holiday let. I would have no hesitation in giving this property the highest

Pros: Nice apartment lots of room inside and out.Close to the sea 5 minute walk. Excellent parking at the property. The patio area was excellent for eating outside and had the sun morning and early afternoon.

Pros: Lovely apartment close to airport and just off the motorway for exploring Maderia. Free parking netflix and large outdoor terrace really add to this apartment

Pros: Excellent and new appartement. Very clean, excellent service, fournituren and house brand New. Owner very helpfull

We will come back for sure!

Pros: Very good located, close to the airport. Parking garage includet, nice bakery in the patio. The kitchen has a lot of equipment (dish washer, washing Maschine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, a lot of cleaning stuff etc.). But most important was the very very friendly helping stuff/ owner of the Appartement. We got a lot of helpful informations about the appartment and check in befor arrival. Thank you so much 😊

A spacious, comfortable apartment, Duarte made sure we enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Great location, easy walk to the waterfront and downtown Santa Cruz
