We had a great week in this holiday home👍😊

Pros: The view from this location is spectacular. A great view of Funchal and the ocean. Sidonio was very responsive to all our questions and request. A bakery and small grocery store are within walking distance. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped. The New Year’s Eve fire works display from the patio was amazing.

Pros: Sidonio was a fantastic host. The position/ location great. Huge property. Well equipped.

Cons: A little road noise. Maybe require a little updating. As an interior specialist I would suggest some updating.

Cons: it was quite cold in February and you could smell the humodity inside the house. the bathrooms in particular, but also bedrooms. You need a car to move around

Not very comfortable stay

Pros: The house is spacious, it has a dedicated parking. Bakery and small grocery store are very close. Funchal view is stunning. Bathrooms are refubrished and seem ok.

Cons: The pictures show only what's nice, and omit what's not. House appliances and furniture are very old and worn out. Beds are squeaky and uncomfortable. Doors are old and squeaky, and will wake You up in the middle of the night. Dishwasher is gross and rusty inside. No contact with the owner, apart from auto generated system messages.

A perfect place in Funchal.

Pros: Beautifully located over the Funchal bay. The house is fully equipped - we missed … nothing! Our host replied to our questions very timely and we felt very well taken care of. Thank you very much!

What more? The best host! He helps us with everything, answer all our questions and always with smile and kindness. Also very lovely gift like Madeira wine and letter for us. (Will save it in my travel book) So everybody come and you will be happy here! I will come back for sure!

Pros: Host was there to provide keys and details. Was kind enought to provide keys before the official time for check-in. Very kind host and great service. The house is amazing. I was a bit nervous as was taking my in laws first time to Madeira, but when they saw the house, they didn't even want to see the island anymore. They just want to stay at home. The view to Funchal is gorgeous. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house, clean rooms, quiet surroundings, on-site parking, all the amenities you need.

Pros: A beautiful spacious house with stunning clean rooms and a large comfortable terrace hidden amidst a profusion of flowers that provide peace and privacy. From the terrace, there is a view of the entire Funchal. I must mention the kind and attentive owner who gave us a lot of valuable advice on how to navigate Madeira, where to go, and was always available whenever we needed something.

Wspaniały pobyt

Pros: Przestronny dom ze wspaniałym widokiem. Byliśmy w nim w 7 osób i każdy mógł znaleźć dla siebie przestrzeń. Kosmetyki, papier toaletowy, ręczniki, wyposażenie kuchni - wszystko było i niczego nie brakowało! Wspaniały, pomocny właściciel. Samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie było bardzo wygodne. Ogrom miejsca do przechowywania swoich rzeczy. Sklep spożywczy i piekarnia niedaleko.

Cons: Dom jest położony na wzgórzu, więc dojść do niego z centrum wymaga czasu i kondycji.

Pros: Toller Ausblick. Gastgeber hat sehr gut kommuniziert, gab viel Infos zur Stadt. Es gab eine Filterkaffeemaschine was schon nice ist

Cons: Bisschen muffig aber total in Ordnung.
