Well-equipped house in calm street with ocean view

Pros: This was my third Christmas in Madeira. Each time I stayed in a different place. I must say that this small house in the hills of Ponta do Sol, with a view of the ocean, really impressed me. The host is very kind and thoughtful. The accommodation has everything you need — a dishwasher with tablets, a washing machine with a dryer, laundry detergent, and more. I didn't use it, but there is also fireplace in the garden - and again, the host prepared even coal. So, you can make even BBQ. The place is owned by a local host, which is a big plus. By car, you can reach the ocean in 5 minutes. A walk to the nearest forest takes about 20 minutes. Funchal is 25 minutes away by car. The house is located in quiet street. I like even the balcony with ocean view and a the small artificial grass next to the house - this is perfect for yoga 🙂. The accommodation is good even for families!

Pros: Komunikace s majitelem, pozornost při příjezdu. Vše nachystano.

Cons: Chyběla nám utěrka. Možná lepší návod k pračce-sušičce.

Pros: Our host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with every little detail — a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and overall the experience was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this place!
