Pros: Myself and my friends loved the place...modern, comfortable and clean...exactly what we wanted. Owner very nice and helpfull, lovely outside seating area with beautiful views and sunsets if you stay in. Would highly recommend 😊
Cons: There is nothing we didnt like, you have to have a car to get to the beach thats the only thing but we expected it and it was no problem whatsoever

Pros: So much more than we expected, the house is super beautiful, very clean and well located, parking for a car and the family who run the house are super friendly. The house has everything you need for cooking and also super clean. Highly recommended.

Lovely comfortable appartment
Pros: Lovely well equipped appartment, everything you need for a weeks holiday. Very comfortable beds, lounge area and patio area. It is up a very steep hill. You do need a car

Generally, we were satisfied. Helpful owner, nice design, air conditioning.
Pros: This house i brand new. It has been built in a very modern design. There is a terrace with a view on mountains and partially on ocean. The owner is very kind, him and her wife live next door and whener we had a problem or a question, he was very willing to help. You have a comfortable feeling in the house. The great plus of this accomodation is air conditioning. As a welcome present a bottle of wine and local pastery was waiting for us .
Cons: As soon as we arriwed we had a problem with ants in the bedroom near the window. As it was an incredibly bad wheather at the time of our stay, theese insects tent to go inside as outside was cold. In the corners of rooms there were little traps installed for the ants. As well as the spray for the insects in the wardrobe. The owner immediately came and helped us clean and spray the ants. The problems was in the morning, when we left outside in the kitchen some food including sweets (pastel de nata) and in the morning the ants were inside the food. That day, the owner and his wife cleaned all the house. The next days we needed to use spray time to time and we could not leave any pastery outside, we left the food in refrigerator. He offered us a breakfast on him in local restaurant. The house was a bit humid, but I guess that is pretty normal in the circumstances - wheather outside. Last thing, you can leave the car on the parking spot right in front of the house, but it is OK for more skilled driver as it is located in steep road.

Pros: Dies kleine Ferienhaus ist wunderbar geeignet für einen Kurz-Urlaub. Es ist sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, man erreicht in kurzer Fahrzeit den Strand von Calheta , aber auch die Berge zum Wandern.
Cons: Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus sollte man sich vorher vom Gastgeber erklären lassen. Es empfiehlt sich auch, ein kleines Auto zu mieten .

Pros: Das Haus war echt schön,modern und alles drin was man braucht. Sehr sauber,die Vermieter....direkt nebenan,super nett,viele Aufmerksamkeiten wie eine Flasche Wein, selbst gemachtes Gebäck,frische Bananen usw. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden, auch sehr ruhig die Gegend, toller Ausblick.
Cons: Da gibt es nichts,war alles wunderbar

Tolles Haus - würden jederzeit wieder kommen
Pros: Ganz neues perfekt eingerichtetes Apartment mit schöner Terrasse und Parkplatz. Nette Besitzer mit guten Tipps. Da der hauseigene Parkplatz bei einen größeren Wagen etwas schwierig ist haben wir auf der gegenüberliegende Straße einfach parken können und sind über den Garten in das Haus gegangen (siehe Foto- roter Punkt = Parkstrasse)

Mooie accommodatie.
Pros: Mooi appartement, zo goed als nieuw, modern ingericht en heel netjes. Parkeren op eigen terrein, met afsluitbare poort met ab.Goed ontvangen, met fruit op de schaal en met een fles wijn. Goede uitgangspunt om met de auto naar de wandelroutes te gaan.
Cons: Afstand naar een restaurant ed. Niet ver, maar lastig te lopen ivm hoogte verschil. En parkeren is krap.
