Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house in Santana. It was perfect for four people – spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The terrace with the stunning view was definitely a highlight. We also appreciated the easy communication with the owner, who was very friendly and helpful. The private parking was a big plus, and the location was peaceful yet close to local attractions. A great place to relax and enjoy the nature of Madeira!

Great place in Santana and we hope to be back soon

Pros: Lili and Marco are great hosts, very friendly, responsive and they really care about you having a great time. The apartment was as described, very clean and had everything we needed. The quite large terrace was perfect to enjoy our breakfasts, coffees in the afternoon or dinner. The location is also great, very quiet area, we loved that you could hear the water running through the Levada during the day and night. Within 10min we could walk to the centre of Santana (up and down as typical on Madeira). The house is on the route to the Levada do Caldeirão Verde (<10min by car) and within 20min you reach the parking of Achada do Teixeira from where you can start a hike to Pico Ruivo. We especially appreciated the evenings in Santana, when the day tourists left and the city became calmer. It gives you time to visit the traditional houses with almost no one else and enjoy restaurants/bars with few tourists and locals. All in all we had a great stay here and can recommend it.

Cons: The apartment is a bit dark, due to the small windows that can be seen on the pictures. But it didn't bother us since we came to spend time in the nature anyway :-)

Great stay in Santana

Pros: The house was a 10 minutes walk from the traditional houses. You have to walk steep streets up and down. But it felt a bit easier on the second day. There was everything that we needed in the house, it was cleen There was also a terrace. The host Marco was very helpful.

Pros: Accueil parfait explications top, bouteille de vin à l’arrivée , jolie déco, cuisine fonctionnelle, matelas confortables , terrasse , place de parking, tout était

Pros: Apesar de todo o contato ser eletronico, todas as duvidas foram esclarecidas rapidamente e todas as informações necessárias foram passadas, tudo limpo e bem equipado, itens basicos como sal, azeite, cafe, detergente….. tinha na acomodação!! PERFEITO!! Equipamento para limpeza de botas na entrada….. otimo!!

Cons: Proteção acustica não é otima…. Mas normal na ilha… ouviamos o nosso vizinho no andar superior , mas nada grave!!
