A great property

Pros: Spacious, modern property. Good, quiet location, close to the coast but also convenient for hiking and travelling around the island. Comfortable sofa and bed, slept like a dream. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Nice, hot shower. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Good WiFi. The house is perfect for a couple or two couples travelling together. Plenty of space so you're not tripping over each other. Amazing views of Calheta and the sea. My only minor criticism is that they're not really maximised with the layout of the furniture. Perhaps some chairs in the lounge that can be turned to face the view or the TV depending on what you want.

Cons: We stayed in December and the house can be cold since it's high up. There are two air con units which can be used to heat, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. Because the lounge is so open plan though, it never really got very warm. A minor issue though. We wore more jumpers and made use of blankets. It was lucky my husband did the driving because I'm not sure I would have got the car on the driveway! I'm sure Madeirans have driving skills that no one else has!

Excellent stay in a lovely modern & clean house

Pros: Splendid recently-built contemporary property set in the hills overlooking Arco da Calheta & the sea. Spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities. Highly recommended.

amazing accommodation we would love to come back

Pros: The accommodation is amazing. Beautiful ocean view. Quiet environment and a levada behind the house. The house is very generously designed, we really appreciated the barbecue facilities (wood and charcoal were available). We stayed here for 4 nights and didn't want to move away. We also really liked the local bar, which didn't feel like a tourist attraction, but we had a great poncha with the locals. If we ever go to Madeira again, we will definitely go here for a few days.

Cons: Absolutely not a complaint, just our little recommendation. We missed the breakfast bowls here. Of course we solved this with other dishes.

Pros: The accommodation was ready on time. The owner was very nice and gave us a lot of interesting information for our first orientation. The location suited us perfectly. The sunsets and the beautiful view were incredible. Excellent accommodation facilities including washing machines and dryers. One top accommodation. We will definitely come back here again. Pros: - Duża przestrzeń domu. - Super widok z okna. - Prywatny garaż (ale wjazd do niego był trudny). - Nowy budynek i całe wyposażenie. - Miły prezent powitalny. - Duża, nowoczesna lodówka.

Cons: - Klimatyzacja dostępna w salonie/kuchni oraz w jednej sypialni. W drugiej sypialni nie było klimatyzacji. - Brakowało trochę naczyń i szpatułki do gotowania, ale poza tym kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona. - W grudniu było dość chłodno.

Pros: Logement très spacieux, garage très pratique, climatisation dans une des deux chambre et dans le salon, équipé avec le nécessaire pour se faire à manger (également machine à café et bouilloire!) Communication avec l'hôte au top; Nelson a été très réactif et d'une grande aide face à nos questions Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement, je recommande les yeux fermés!

Pros: Sehr komfortable große Unterkunft, Nelson war sehr hilfsbereit, unkomplizierter Check In/Out mittels Schlüsselbox, toller Ausblick, gute Küchenausstattung

Terrific Stay with great views

Pros: Awesome location with terrific view over Calheta, clean, comfortable beds, great wifi that carried outside that I could use for video calls, large place with 2(!) kitchens. A/C worked well. Having my own parking was very useful.
