Atouguia House - Traditional House

Truly recommend

Pros: We really enjoyed the stay at Atouguia House, really calm neighbourhood just 5 minute drive from Calheta’s beach. At the end of the street where the house is located you can start one of the most beautiful hike I ever had. You can enjoy beautiful views from the balcony- foggy slopes, rainbows and the magical sunsets. The house itself is very comfortable and have everything you would need during your vacation- kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms look exactly like on the pictures. Last but not least- Bruno is amazing host - super kind, ready to help or give any advice.

great house with exceptional outdoor space and garage

Pros: the out door space is excellent, with sun all day with good quality outdoor furniture. good kitchen with easy to use cooker ,big fridge. out side up stairs there is an excellent washing machine ,very easy to use with plenty of pegs and washing lines. the garage is an extra added bonus. very comfy bed, good wifi and plenty of tv channels. bruno our host was excellent, very friendly and extremly helpful and we really appreciated the gifts he gave us .

Cons: nothing everything was great.

Relaxing stay in a great location on a beautiful island....

Pros: Bruno was a very friendly, generous and helpful host. We really liked the hillside location. It was a 10 minute drive to the beach but that was clear to us beforehand. The 2 terraces and view more than made up for this.

Cons: No complaints at all. The house was exactly as expected.

Pros: This was the best week of our stay in Madeira. Bruno made this vacation as comfortable as possible. He is a very responsible host and sent us all the information before our arrival (nearest shops, gas stations, best restaurant with sunset). Also, when we arrived, he left us gifts and brought us eggs from his farm during the week. We were also interested in seeing his farm and he kindly agreed to give us a little tour and told us a lot about this island and the beautiful places to visit near his house. He is the nicest person who definitely deserves no less than 10 stars.

Cons: everything was great

Pros: The house was very well located, clean, with a large patio and a great view. Bruno was very helpful and responded quickly whenever needed. We experienced some heavy rain, which caused water to leak into the house, but Bruno resolved the issue very quickly:)

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Der Gastgeber Bruno ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele Tips für unsere Aktivitäten gegeben und wir konnten uns problemlos mit Fragen an ihn wenden. Besonders überrascht waren wir, dass er uns mit regionalen Produkten verwöhnt hat. Die Wohnung ist großzügig; befindet sich in einer schönen Lage hoch über der Stadt Calheta und hat eine große Terrasse.

Pros: Excellent accueil avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue....bananes oeufs petits gâteaux...

Cons: Nous sommes habitués à des lits plus larges 😁 mais pas grave pour nous car nous avions 3 chambres pour 2 personnes 😉

Pros: Відпочинок у помешканні пройшов добре. Досить зручна локалізація, є гараж, дорога широка, якщо хтось боїться їхати так високо. Кухня облаштована.

Cons: Хотілося би бачити мангал, хоча б щось мінімальне. Також відсутність кондиціонера, впливає на відпочинок ввечері, задушливе повітря. Також по помешканню лазять маленькі багатоніжки, але можливо там така місцевість і природа. Варто оновити москітні сітки.

Pros: Logement spacieux, très bien équipé Le garage fermé et sécurisé Une très belle terrasse avec une belle vue Hôte très sympathique, généreux et disponible.

Pros: Bruno to super gospodarz. Bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Prawdziwa bratnia dusza. Pożyczył nam czołówki w góry. Sprezentował owoce, jajka i inne rzeczy. Zapoznał nas ze wszystkim w okolicy. Ciągle był pod kontaktem i służył pomocą.
