Great place, would choose it again!

Pros: Beautiful place, very well managed. Green garden with flowers, silence and great view on the ocean. The host is super nice, always willing to help :) We had great stay out there. Market is very close, well equipped kitchen. Great place to stay at! Thank you :)

Cons: If I could upgrade one thing it was the matress - it was too soft for my liking, but I guess it’s just a personal preference.

Pros: We felt instantly comfortable in the spacious accommodation and made plenty of use of its facilities, especially the pool.

Pros: I believe this is one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. The place is truly amazing, a spacious apartment with a beautiful garden and a stone BBQ, equipped with all the comforts one could need. We were even welcomed with a thoughtful gift bag from the owner, who is absolutely wonderful. Thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality dear Heather, it was truly a pleasure to stay at your place. See you next time for sure ;)

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Banda Do Sol. From the very beginning, Heather, the owner, gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel at home right away. The thoughtful welcome gift was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The house itself is fantastic—fully equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, making cooking a breeze. With two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious living room, it was perfect for our group of five. The two bathrooms were also a great advantage, adding extra comfort to our stay. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything we needed. There’s also a great restaurant nearby, which was a wonderful bonus. Overall, Banda Do Sol exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Madeira!

Accommodation in Paradise!

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located away from the traffic, quiet area, easily accessible. Pharmacy and supermarket very close. The apartment is very well equipped. Check in and check out were extremely smooth. Top restaurant 10min away. 40min to Funchal but still great if you like to be in a quiet area. Heather (the owner) is very kind and lovely, proactively helpful, has a great knowledge of the area and a great spirit. We were very happy to be there, we wouldn't chose to be anywhere else. Definitely recommend!

Perfect stay in Madeira in the house with ocean view, beautiful garden and very helpful and kind Heather!

Pros: Very well equipped, well located for exploring the west of the island, beautiful views surrounding you all the way- garden, ocean. Swimming pool is a perfect entertainment after the hiking. Heather is exceptionally careful and helpful, providing us with everything we need and even more. The house is very well equipped, you will find all necessary equipment and detailed instructions. Thank you very much for the perfect stay in Madeira!
