Pros: A truly fantastic home located in a quite picturesque part of the island. The most incredible views and perfect spot to watch the sunrise from bed and sunset on the balcony. The property is clean, quiet and great use of amenities, having access to a washing machine is great and saves you time when coming home. Comfy bed and sitting area both indoor and outdoors. Check in and out was easy and great communication with a neighbour who looks after the property and provided good recommendations for local beaches and supermarkets. Do not hesitate to book this place, exceeded all our expectations and really feels like a slice of heaven.

Fabulous place, with awesome views.

Pros: This is an amazing place with truly stunning sea views. It's perfect if you're happy to relax in a quiet location and prepared to make a few meals rather than go out every night (as we we're). In bed with the blinds up it was like being on a cruise, all you can see is the sea! I can't rate it highly enough. Also Cony was very helpful and responsive to our needs. There are few bars and restaurants in the area, and the nearest supermarket is 15 minutes drive away, but I'm not putting that as a negative, it was no problem to us.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.

Pros: It’s a great place to have a easy time, far from busy Funchal. The ocean view and barbecue every evening made our time. Check other comments and pay attention to picking ride route.

Pros: Very lovely get away place. With amazing view of the sea! A perfect welcome: despite our (very) late arrival as a result of a delayed flight due to windy conditions —in addition to the flight having already been postponed by 1 day— we were kindly awaited for the hand over of the keys. Splendid service!

Pros: The mini house is a really cool getaway as a couple. The mezzanine bedroom really gives the place a feeling of luxury. The location for views is amazing although we never saw the full sunset in our week here it was still awesome to look out from both floors to the vast sea and skies. The outdoor space is good too. The location was a great base to explore the north and west of the island.

Perfect getaway from city life

Pros: Accomodation is located in a very quite small village, perfect for getting away from the hectic city life. What we enjoyed the most was garden with barbeque equipment, deckchairs and beach umbrella. We spent there long lazy morning with coffee and delicious Madeira cake and in the evening we grilled douradas and drank Madeira wine. We also cooked quick lunches in the kitchen, that was fully equipped. Ocean view is splendid. I would also like to add that there are roller shutters on the windows in the house, so you have your privacy and darkness in the night, I didn't see them on the booking photos, but they are there :)

Cons: The mattress was too hard for me, but my boyfriend didn't mind.

Outstanding cottage with spectacular views

Pros: Airy and spacious stone cottage with a view to die for! Tranquil setting with private parking lot.

Pros: L’emplacement extraordinaire à la vue imprenable. La tranquillité, la cuisine fonctionnelle, la propreté, les 4 chats qu’on a nourris tous les jours.

Cons: Il faudrait des coussins pour les chaises longues de la terrasse. Il faudrait coller des stickers de rapaces sur les vitres de la maison et celles de la rambarde de la terrasse car nous avons trouvé 3 oiseaux morts qui se sont fracassés sur les vitres 😢

Pros: On a tout apprécié, l’appartement est très bien équipé. Très propre ! La vue est incroyable, dépaysement totale !! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement

Schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick <3

Pros: Die Lage war super schön und super ruhig, im Haus war alles was man brauchte! Cony hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es war einfach eine sehr schöne Zeit!
