Tiz house

Excellent accommodation with its own private pool and parking - perfect 😊

Pros: The villa enchants us. Very beautifully decorated with a beautiful living room and a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. With a pool and private parking. Everything is so comfortable, the hostess sends information about entering the house early in the morning, with a video. Everything can be understood and found. And you can even leave it when you leave early for the airport. I recommend it, the time spent was indescribable 😊

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about the holidays 😊

Amazing place

Pros: Villa was absolutely amazing. Well equipped, beautiful and modern. We regret that we stayed only one night. Host was helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend it 👌 ☺️

Pros: It was amazing experience! I recommend a lot this house. Furniture, design, all details of this place, amazing view

Cons: I like all

Very good

Pros: Very nice house. The owner is super responsive. Received the most detailed instructions. And then was kids enough to answer my questions. Comfortable, everything was great. The kitchen is fully equipped (including spices/olive oil, etc). The pool has a nice view.

Cons: Not much. It wasn't very much for kids (no high chairs/ books/toys) and the pool wasn't heated (we visited in Oct) but it's just minor things. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We had a amazing stay, the owner was so kind and It was easy to contact her.

Pros: It was a beautiful house, very new and clean. And besides that It felt like a home.

Cons: Nothing to say here.

Very airy property, swining pool clean at all times, the best of all is the most amazing view.

Pros: The comfort and the tastefulness of the property All equipment was modern and easy to use. Very spacious and yet very cozy.

Cons: Not applicable as everything was over our expectations.

Great Stay in Funchal

Pros: Great location and view - the view from the main level/pool deck is about 3/5 the house across the street and 2/5 the beautiful view in the photos but still enjoyable. From the top level/primary bedroom, you can see over the other homes for a great view. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked great! Parking under the house was convenient and we were able to fit two small cars side-by-side but only because one was a convertible and the driver could jump out :) Not a problem, but be prepared to go up one flight of stairs to get to the main level and another flight to get to the bedrooms.

Cons: No air conditioning on the main level (in the bedrooms only).

Beautiful and very comfortable house with amazing sea views!

Pros: Tiz House is a beautiful new house that has been tasteful furnished. It is large and very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped - we especially appreciated the coffee maker. The views from the patio are amazing!

Cons: Driving there was a bit challenging at first due to the steep and narrow roads and as the place is so new taxi drivers found it hard to find.

I will come back soon with my daughter to get enjoy another vacation

Pros: It was clean, must better than described, centrally located, very calm and breathtaking views. The owner is extremely customer service oriented, very helpful and knowledgeable. She really made our stay great.

Cons: There was nothing that I did not like
