Beautiful apartment in Funchal for Christmas
Pros: Very nice apartment, huge, with character, very clean, in the city center, the perfect place to stay in Funchal. We did not meet the host, but everything was smooth. They sent us a present for Christmas :). Thank you very much!

Pros: Spacious comfortable apartment. Excellent location in the centre of Funchal. Quiet area despite central location. Off street parking.
Cons: On the third floor and lift not working. Not suitable if stairs are an issue for you. Parking entrance is narrow. Easier in a small car and need to be confident at reversing into narrow spaces.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had all equipment needed to cook at home. Location is very central but quiet. Good communication with host. Local restaurant recommendations were spot on. We didn't park there as reversing in on a narrow busy street was too stressful. But there is a municipal car park 10 mins walk away for 4.5 euros per day. There are 51 steps up to the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again.

AMAZING place in the heart of Funchal
Pros: The location is right in the historic part of the town - having everything so close by! The apartment is so huge, honestly I didn’t expect the size. Very comfortable, bright and well equipped with everything you might potentially think of! Loved this place!
Cons: The only thing which was a bit frustrating at the beginning was the parking area. The gate door is so narrow that even with little Fiat 500 there was a learning curve :D by the end of the week I was a pro but it was a stressful experience at first. Also the nights might not be the quietest - people living around tend to listen to laud music and having long nights outside right under the bedroom windows.

Jó helyen lévő, nagyon jól felszerelt, kényelmes, szép, tiszta!
Pros: Fantasztikusan jó helyen van a szállás (belvárosban, óceántól két saroknyira)! Nagyon felszerelt, (pót elemek, sok törülköző, takaró, mosó-szárítógép, vasaló, papírzsebkendő, méz, stb.) kényelmes apartman. A tulajdonos mindenre gondolt, amire szükség lehet!:) A tulajdonos szilveszter napján megajándékozott egy üveg pezsgővel, újévi sütivel, poharakkal!:) Hálásan köszönöm!

Grand appartement central
Pros: Grand appartement en plein centre de Funchal. Il y a tout pour qu’on s’y sente comme à la maison. À noter: 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Ce n’était pas un problème pour nous mais il faut en tenir compte si vous avez des difficultés à monter les étages.

Pros: Tout était au Top !!! Un appartement grand et propre, avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et avons passé un très bon séjour !! Une hôte toujours disponible pour nous répondre si besoin et très sympathique. Vous pouvez réserver sans aucune hésitation.
Cons: Rien car tout était parfait. Difficile de ne pas être satisfait.

Superfijne locatie midden in Funchal.
Pros: Grote ruimte, bank met televisie, wasmachine en airconditioning.
Cons: Op de slaapkamer kwam sochtends best wat licht binnen. Is maar net wat je fijn vind maar ik werd er vroeg wakker van. Daarnaast is de parkeerplaats uitdagend. De straat is smal dus je moet wel zelfverzekerd zijn in je achteruit inparkeer skills. Na een paar keer gedaan te hebben wordt het steeds makkelijker. Maar mocht je dit niet fijn vinden dan zijn er genoeg andere opties om je auto te parkeren

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung
Pros: Sehr großräumige Wohnung mit einer besonders guten Ausstattung. Es ist wirklich alles, mit allem was man sich wünschen kann dabei. Die Waschmaschine hat sogar Trockner, was in Urlaub besonders praktisch ist. Das Straße ist ruhig und durch die Lage des Apartments im Innenhof kriegt man nicht viel von der Straße mit (im Schlafzimmer sehr wenig) Klimaanlage und Heizung wären vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht da in Juni die Temperaturen auch ohne sehr angenehm waren. Es ist nicht besonders leicht das Auto auf dem Hof zu parken, aber es ist Goldwert, dass die Wohnung einen Parkplatz hat. Sonst findet man im Innenstadt nur für viel Geld Parkplätze. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral, 5 Geh-Minuten vom Dom oder Palast entfernt. Ähnliche Entfernung auch zum Einkaufzentrum Plaza Madeira (günstig)
Cons: Der Aufzug ist dauerhaft außer betrieb. Für eine Wohnung im 3Stk im Altbau ist das nicht vorteilhaft. Uns hat das nicht gestört, ist aber gut vor der Buchung zu wissen, wenn man nicht so fit sein sollte. Im Nebenhof wurde gerade ein Haus abgerissen. Dadurch wurde manchmal nach 8:30-9:00 lauter. Dafür können die Eigentümern der Wohnung tatsächlich sehr wenig. Und es ist sicher auch bald vorbei.
