Wonderful house in lovely Madeira

Pros: The house was in excellent location. But you have to be in good shape, because the route to house is quite hilly. Welcome box came in handy, because we came so late. Pedro was very helpful. We had some problems, but Pedro helped us immediately. Roof terrace was superb. We loved the views. We slept very well, because the surroundings was very quiet. In the kitchen we had everything what we needed. I can recommend this place.

Pros: Everything very clean everything you needed was there , added bonus rooftop patio great views especially nighttime , Saturday night fireworks display down at the harbour.

Cons: Nothing ,but maybe air conditioning

Pros: Nice and clean house on the hillside with beautiful views on the city and ocean. Short walk down to the city centre. Host was very helpful and super quick to respond to any of our questions. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Lovely apartment with fantastic roof terrace

Pros: Roof terrace was amazing Apartment is great everything you need and Pedro responds to any query promptly. Lovely quiet area with amazing views

Cons: Only issue is the apartment is on a hill which is highlighted in the description. It is walkable if you have average fitness but not advisable if not . This wasn't a problem for us at all and the roof terrace views made up for it. Easy 10min walk down into the centre of Funchal

Pros: Everything is just like it was advertised: clean, quiet, cozy, spacious for 2-4 people and everything can be reached in Funchal within a 15 minute walk. The terrace is also terrific, would recommend the apartment any day! The owner is very kind and communicative, we got answers for all our questions within 1-2 minutes.

Cons: The apartment is on a steep road which is a dead end also, so no taxis will take you there. It was not a problem for us, but it may cause some concerns someone as it's a 5 minute walk uphills.

A beautiful place to stay

Pros: Pedro was extremely helpful. He met us on our arrival and even gave us a short ride to the property while we were climbing the hill! The place was clean, tidy and felt very secure.

Cons: No issues with the accommodation at all.

Pros: + whole house just for us, really big, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, terrace with great view, washing room + excellent equipped kitchen + all clean and new + great welcome box + very kind owner, quick communication

Cons: - no air-condition = quite hot inside in August - steep access road, but this is like everywhere on Madeira :-)
