Pros: The apartment was very nice and spacious, we had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable.

Cons: It is a steep walk (20-30 mins) from old town center. But an uber or bolt is only 4-6 € in case you don't feel like it so it was never an issue.

It is a great apartment, I can fully recommend

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was extremely well prepared. The host was very kind, helpful and responsive. The flowers on the terrace were blooming. The parking place provided is very useful if you do not want to keep the rented car in the public parking lot. I was lucky, because when I arrived, the garage door was still open, so I could sneak in without the remote controller. Otherwise I would recommend parking outside in R. do Alto do Pico street if you find a free parking lot, until you get the keys and acquire the remote controller of the garage door, to not wait too long at the garage entrance.

Cons: The apartment is on a very steep road. Approaching it either on foot or by car is challenging. This is typical to Madeira, so this is not the fault of the apartment, but be prepared.

Pros: The apartment is excellent. The kitchen has everything you need. The garage is very convinient. And Oxana was very easy to communicate in case of need. Thank you Oxana!

Responsive landlord; good cleaning service.

Pros: Large, very clean. Indoor parking was appreciated and essential.

Cons: Pillows, loud neighbour beside. Poor soundproofing of plat.

Pobyt bardzo udany, apartament godny polecenia.

Pros: Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, 15min piechotą do centrum Funchal. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i czyste. Kuchnia wyposażona wystarczająco żeby przygotowywać sobie posiłki. Pralka pozwala na wypranie brudnych ubrań. Wygodne łóżko, poduszki w porządku. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, zameldowanie i wymeldowanie zrobiliśmy bezkontaktowo, nie było z niczym problemu.

Cons: Głośni sąsiedzi nie szanujący ciszy nocnej. Brak klimatyzacji mimo września czasem doskwierał. Poza tym wszystko w porządku.

Pros: Place de parc dans un garage, petite terrasse et machine à laver à disposition. Proche de l'autoroute en voiture pour les excursions. Personnel très serviable et sympathique.

Cons: Odeur de renfermé dans la chambre et surtout dans l'armoire pas très agréable pour dormir. Il a fallu bien aérer avant d'aller se coucher

Pros: Bardzo wygodne, czyste, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. Centrum miasta w zasięgu nóg (jeśli ktoś ma siłę wspinać się w drodze powrotnej na stromą górkę ;-)).

Cons: Nie mam zastrzeżeń

Pros: Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Terrasse in zentraler Lage

Cons: Bequemere Sessel und etwas Grün würde die Terrasse deutlich aufwerten

Apartamento 10/10

Pros: Apartamento muy bonito y bien equipado. La cocina tiene de todo, cuenta con lavadora, plancha, secador, microondas, horno... No hemos echado en falta nada. La ubicación, aún que está muy cerca del centro, hay subida bastante empinada que cansa mucho subir para tenerlo en cuenta. Aún que cuenta con garaje no hemos encontrado problema para aparcar fuera. Por lo demás, el apartamento estaba muy limpio. Destacar lo bien equipado que estaba la cocina, baño y salón.

Cons: Como única pega diría que la cerradura del portal funciona algo mal. El primer día nos costó un poco conseguir abrirla, pero cuando le pillamos el truco no había mucho problema. Aún así siempre teníamos miedo que un día dejase de funcionar y no consigamos abrirla y nos quedemos fuera. Creo que es cosa de la puerta y no de la llave ya que le ocurría a los demás vecinos.
