Pros: Everything is great, the apartment is charming, the staff is friendly, as are the owners, convenient location, great view of the ocean from the rooms, there is a barbecue with all the amenities, a lot of dishes in which you can cook, a pleasant atmosphere in the house like at home, very clean

Cons: .bad wi-fi,and signal only on 1st floor .unpleasant sewage smell from the bathrooms

Amazing place for families and friends to explore Madeira. Do yourself a good and book it!

Pros: Amazing accommodation with amazing facilities positioned in beautiful Machico, only 7 minutes driving from Madeira airport, with easy access to the main road that takes you anywhere in Madeira. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of 8 Adults and our 3 year old daughter. We had rented 2 small cars for our trip and we fitted them in the property garage. Good communication with the host before, during and after the trip. The house is new, and has everything that you need. The space was really clean when we arrived and we found the beds comfy. Everybody from our group was satisfied about this place. From the upper terrace we had a great view to Machico town and the ocean. Great for morning coffees with a view or some drinks in the evenings. As an important mention, this is a great deal and value for money. For sure we will choose this place again or we will recommend it to future friends that will choose to visit Madeira. Thank you for hosting us! Sergiu & friends

Cons: It is only a mention and applies to groups larger than 6 people, in our case was manageable through our group during the stay, but we found it in the first mornings a little bit annoying. This comes from the fact that the forth room is not really a room. It is a an upper lobby at the 2nd floor, very nice and spacious with the nice terrace i mentioned earlier, and 3 beds, but... Between the 1st floor (where the other 3 bedrooms are positioned) and this lobby where we (the family with the child had sleep), the spaces are separate only by some stairs and there is no door for soundproofing, so all the sound from the house comes up, and if somebody from downstairs moves around in the morning, it can wake you up, that’s why i said it was manageable through our group. My recommendation to the host, will be to find a technical solution to enclose that space in order to have a better soundproofing and to be considered 100% a separate room. But this mention and situation will not affect my score for reviewing this place which will remain 10. Thank you for understanding!

Pros: Very good apartment, Ana was very helpful and accessible by phone: suggesting best places to eat and shop. There is big supermarket Continente just few minutes away from the house, bus station from where are plenty of buses to Funchal.

Pros: Зручно для компанії, гарне розташування, є вигляд на океан, власний гараж, весь необхідний посуд для всіх.

Cons: Меблі потребують реновації, задній двір оновлення, виникали проблеми з сейфом для ключів, він заїдав

Pros: Gostamos de tudo. A garagem é uma vantagem muito grande porque não há sítios para estacionar na zona. A casa é enorme.

Cons: Na suíte precisa de um ar condicionado.

Pros: Gostamos de tudo ! Casa muito espaçosa , bem equipada e confortável! Adorei as camas ! Proprietários super atenciosos! Fruta , iogurtes, leite, aguas ,biscoitos locais disponíveis a nossa chegada! Gel duche, shampoo etc , Assim como brinquedos de praia um carrinho de bebé para que possamos usar durante a estadia!

Świetny dom, lokalizacją, widoki!

Pros: Super lokalizacja, można pieszo dojść do lotniska w godzinę. Blisko do plaży, piękny widok na zatokę, blisko gora z pięknymi widokami, trasy spacerowe, sklepy. Bardzo cicha okolica, nie było słychać żadnych sąsiadów, zadnych hałasów ani samochodów. Bardzo dużo miejsca, wygodne łóżka, świeże i czyste pościele. Pełne wyposażenie dla kilkuosobowej grupy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, każda sprawa załatwiona pomyślnie. Pomoc w załatwieniu transferu z lotniska.

Cons: Wilgoć na ścianach, dająca plamy i jakby odparzenia i brzydki zapach w domu. Trzeba było wietrzyć.

Pros: Fajna lokalizacja, przestronne pomieszczenia, w kuchni wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, ładny widok z górnego tarasu. Wygodne łóżka. Spożywcze produkty czekające w lodówce :) Wino i owoce miła niespodzianka. Plaża Banda d'Alem Beach około 10 minut na nogach. Mała lokalna piekarnia 5 minut na nogach. Fajne miejsce na wypadu na całą wyspę.

Cons: Trudny wjazd do garażu, problemy z wentylacją , brzydki zapach w łazienkach pomimo uchylnych okien.
