Adorable house, ideal for couples

Pros: It was an adorable little house, impeccably clean and tidy, with lots of useful supplies and fruit available. The shower was good and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Noise carried through the doors easily, so the odd car driving past at night and heavy rain were a bit hard to ignore

Perfect location to explore east side of Madeira

Pros: Location very central for all amenities including two major supermarkets and bus station, Everything was catered for in property. Host was super friendly. Internet very good.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Beautifully designed apartment, all you need for short and long stay, good location, good communication with owner

Cons: Cobble stones road makes passing cars noisy. Luckily up to 10 cars per night.

Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely go back the next time we are in Machico.

Pros: The apartment had everything you would need. Bedroom, living area/kitchen, kettle, washing machine in the back, and a wonderful garden with patio to chill out on. It was a great quiet location and only 400m from the beach.

Cons: I can’t think of anything that would have made it better.

Pros: Our host, Patricio, is the nicest man! He was incredibly helpful. We arranged to have him pick us up at the airport, and it made our arrival and check-in so convenient. We arrived late, and Patricio's wife provided us with some bread, fruit, and cheese because she knew we might not want to head out for dinner. It was lovely! The apartment is small, but it was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The garden out back was an oasis, and the washing machine was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Cons: There was nothing that we 'didn't like'. The one thing that was a bit inconvenient was limited storage space. My husband and I had large suitcases, though, so that made a difference.

Brilliant for couples in Machico

Pros: A brilliant place to stay in Machico for a couple! The place was clean, a good size and the kitchen was well equipped. The garden was really nice as well and the communication with the host was good

Pros: I love to seen all around, how decoration was, and the pretty streets with friendly local...

Like staying in a lovely little Wendy House!

Pros: A tiny but beautifully arranged apartment with a comfortable bed, powerful shower and gorgeous little garden to relax in close to everything you need in Machico.

Cons: The bedroom light is very bright - changing. the bulb for a lower one or adding a bedside lamp would make a real difference.
