Awsome stay
Pros: Large space, close to the beach and kinda everywhere, free parking space, very friedly owners living in next house, clean.

Well located house with hospitable owners
Pros: The location is incredible - situated in Machico, the city is very calm and quiet, and only a 25 minute drive from Funchal. It is very close to the airport which was a great benefit when going to the property for the first time. There's the wonderful Machico beach within walking distance, as well as a Continente shopping centre where you can get your groceries. Check-In process was simple - you put in the code and get the keys. All communication is done through Whatsapp with the rental company - they send you a video with instructions on the house. The house is spacious and as advertised. Any issues are promptly fixed. The owners are very hospitable - we went on a hike with them, they also gave us their homemade wine and brought fruits from their garden. There are a few cats visiting the house regularly, which was a welcome sight every morning, we made friends with one orange fella.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable, convenient. There are towels and all kitchen utensils. Located 15 minutes from the sandy beach, 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and the centre. Very friendly owners. They showed us the surrounding area and the best places for tourists, treated us to their own wine and fruits from the garden. Thanks to Louise and Marley for the company. I recommend! The organization of arrival, stay and departure was organized at the highest level. Thanks to the management company.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was amazing. No flaws. I recommend!

Pros: Very nice owners. Their beautiful cat was visiting us every day. 😻 We had some maintenace problems, and owners dealt with it emediately, so it did not effect on our stay.

Pros: Instalaçães todos os quartos com WC privado e anfitrião muito simpático. Ofertou- nos com fruta do local e vinho da madeira de produção particular.

Pros: La maison est spacieuse et bien agencée avec ses trois chambres et trois sdb. Elle est moderne et très bien équipée à seulement 14 min de la plage et du centre ville. Un centre commercial est à proximité et nous pouvions garer notre voiture en toute sécurité. Les propriétaires vivent dans la maison mitoyenne, ils sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons apprécié le calme !

פתרון דיור טוב ומשתלם למשפחה גדולה
Pros: הדירה גדולה ומרווחת, במצב תחזוקה ממש טוב, נראה ששופץ לא מזמן. בעל הדירה זמין וגר לייד יש פרטיות שקט ורחוק מהכביש וממכוניות. העיירה חביבה מאוד, אולם רוב מסלולי הטיול נמצאים בצידו השני של האי , זה לא הפריע כי היה לנו רכב. זה מתאים למשפחה גדולה (היינו 7) יש את כל כלי המטבח שצריך, וגם חנייה. הבעלים זוג נחמד מאוד, ואני ממש ממליץ על היין שהוא מייצר בעצמו, (חבל שקנינו רק בקבוק אחד ולא יותר) הוא נתן לנו טעימות וזה היה מעולה. היין הכי טוב שטעמנו בחיים !
Cons: הבעיה המרכזית בדירה היא מערכת המיים. מותקנת בדירה משאבת לחץ מיים שמרעישה ומפריעה מאוד. ניתן לכבות אותה בלילה אולם אז לא אפשרי להתקלח כשהמשאבה סגורה. היית מצפה שביחידת דיור ברמה כזו גבוה יפתרו את הבעיה הזו. בעיה נוספת זה שגם אין מזגנים, וגם אין רשתות בחלונות. זה קצת בעייתי מבחינת יתושים. כמו כן קירות הפנים בנויים מגבס, אבל זה לא הפריע.

Ogólnie bardzo pozytywnie. Właściciele bardzo mili, częstują swoim winem i oferują lokalne owoce.
Pros: Spokój, dom duży, wygodny, dobra lokalizacja niedaleko lotniska. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Prysznice duże wygodne.
Cons: Nie podobała mi się pompa wodna włączająca się nad sufitem mojego pokoju za każdym razem, gdy ktoś odkręcił wodę. Ale to chyba norma w tego typu stronach.

Very modern and clean, great location, but no A/C or window screens
Pros: The property was extremely clean, and very modern. The kitchen was great- spacious, modern, and stocked with plenty of dishes. (I can't comment on the pots and pans- we never cooked.) All three bedrooms upstairs had en-suite bathrooms, which was great. Plus there was another full bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs. The owners, who happen to live right next door, were incredibly welcoming. The location was terrific- a pleasant 7 minute walk to the big grocery store (Continente), and a ten minute walk to the town center of Machico, where there were about 7 restaurants.
Cons: Be aware that there is no A/C or heating system, and no screens on the windows. There are mosquitoes. We visited in early October, and it was warm and very humid. A/C would have been nice, but we could have been happy without it because it cooled off every evening. BUT when we opened windows to cool off the house, mosquitoes came in. Not huge numbers, but even one will spoil your sleep. So the choice was: hot nights in the bedrooms; or, mosquitoes. One other important thing: the third bedroom (with twin beds) has a loud pump in the ceiling that the kicks on ANYTIME water is used, at any tap in the house. It was quite loud. So we all had to agree- no flushing of toilets after lights out. So the 3rd bedroom was not a great place to be.
